Do You Need a Car? Guests staying at the Alpine Greens will not require a vehicle; that being said, there is an underground heated parking garage to station your vehicle if you end up bringing it anyways.

Free Shuttle: The Alpine Greens are located directly beside Blackcomb Way which serves as a primary route for the free shuttle bus. During peak season, the free shuttle frequents every 7 minutes and connects the Blackcomb Benchlands to the Village.

Ski Lifts: The Wizard Express & Magic chairlifts are only a 5 minute shuttle ride away. The gondolas at the Whistler Base are less than a 10 minute free shuttle ride away.

Equipment Rental & Ski School: Pick up your gear and fine-tune your technique at the nearby Blackcomb Base, where the Wizard and Magic chairlifts begin.

Spas: Spend a day regenerating your facial cells as you enjoy deeply renewing alpha-hydroxy acids, vitamin C, and stimulating pure collagen. Both Chateau Whistler and The Four Seasons Hotel are nearby and offer multiple spa packages.

Shops & Restaurants: There is an abundance of shops and restaurants at the nearby Blackcomb Base. However we recommend serious shoppers check out Whistler Village as there is much more selection there.

Grocery Store: All units at the Alpine Greens come fully equipped with kitchens. It’s only fitting that guests take a 10 minute shuttle ride into the Marketplace Plaza to pick up their favourite ingredients to cook their own meals - it saves a bundle on vacation costs!

Liquor Store: A cold beer & wine store is located just a short distance away at the Blackcomb Base. The B.C. Liquor Store is located in the Village and has a larger selection of your favourite drinks.

Units at the Alpine Greens range from 2 to 3 bedrooms in size with many units reaching the 1500 sq ft mark. These units are suitable for a wide range of travellers.

Families with Children: Families with children should be naturally attracted to this development for its spacious unit layouts. Many of the units come with bunk beds and parents won’t have to worry about late night crowds passing by their doorstep.

Couples: Groups of two will want to look elsewhere as the Alpine Greens are generally just too large. Groups of couples however, might find splitting up the nightly rate a more economical decision as opposed to booking individual units.

Active Seniors: Seniors will appreciate the seclusion of the Alpine Greens as it’s truly a relaxing, quiet place to stay during after-hours. Senior golfers will relish at the idea of staying directly alongside the Chateau Whistler Golf Course.

Non-Skiers/Riders: Not being in the Village may be a deal-breaker for the non-skier. The more adventurous types will enjoy the proximity to the Nature Valley Trail as it serves as a great place to snowshoe or cross country ski during the winter season.

Young Adults & Party Animals: Size wise, the Alpine Greens is ideal for large groups of nightcrawlers, however; location wise, the Alpine Greens is difficult to stumble back to late at night. Party animals are recommended to stay somewhere closer to the Village.

Disabled/Handicapped: Guests with mobility issues are recommended to look into other developments as the Alpine Greens was not designed to accommodate wheelchairs. Many developments in Whistler Village & Whistler Village North have elevators and almost all are connected to the pedestrian walkways.
