We stayed at Davidâ??s condo for three nights. We had to cut our visit down from 5 days due to covid19. Whistler mountain was closed during the time of our reservation hence the change in our plans. David was very accommodating with our change of plans. Right from the time of our reservation, he has been very prompt to respond to our questions or any requests.

Condo is really nice. Neat and clean with all the required amenities. It was perfect for three of us. Close to whistler village. Restaurants, liquor store and grocery store are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. We highly recommend this place.

This is my second time staying in this unit and the location is fantastic. You are close to the village yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. This year I used the private hot tub as well and really enjoyed having this feature. I would recommend this location for both the hot tub and the excellent location.

Free village/lift shuttle steps from your door. Located on valley trail with tennis courts right behind the complex. On the map, click on Village North. Find us on the north east corner of Northlands Blvd. and Lorimer Rd. Walk through the marketplace to join the village stroll to the lifts, or take the free shuttle on Lorimer.

Our policies that are in place have allowed for the condo to provide the best possible vacation for you and your party. We hope to extend the same level of service to you in the future by utilizing these policies until you come back. Please note that to keep our rates low we need your help. We will provide a set of keys that if lost will require $120 replacement charge. Any excessive noise that results in a fine to the owner or strata will be passed onto you.  HOT TUB USE IS ONLY ALLOWED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00AM - 10:00PM AND USAGE NOT DURING THESE HOURS WILL RESULT IN A FINE WHICH WILL BE THE GUESTS RESPONSIBLITY.   Any excessive cleaning or repair charges will also be billed to you. Finally what's in the condo stays in the condo, unless you want to purchase it for an extremely uncompetitive rate which will go towards replacing the item(s) - this will also be billed to you.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm. If you would like sooner please advise and arrangements may be able to be made.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. If you would like later please advise and arrangements may be able to be made.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Not permitted. Result in eviction and possible fine(s). After 11:00pm is quiet and hot tub use is prohibited
Garbage Removal Anything more than one days garbage is considered in excess. Extra cleaning costs will be billed to you.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included. Longer stays (1 week+) will have more houskeeping. Contact us for more details.

Liability Owners are not responsible for injury or death in unit, private hot tub or resort. Enjoy the condo and hot tub but be aware that it is at your own risk.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 (max is 4 adults). Families with small children may be an exception. Contact us for more details.
Missing Items Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.
Noise Restrictions This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. No hot tub use after 11:00pm(fines will be charged for use after this time. 10pm - 7am is quiet time.
Property Damage Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $500 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted.Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise, damage, theft or mess and illegal activity. No refund.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.

Property Details

This very spacious 800sq' condo has private decks both front and back. The large foyer with ski storage area opens into the sunken living room with gas fireplace and 40" flat panel tv and ample seating for all. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open concept that allow for great socializing, even if the kids are asleep in the back bedrooms. Down the hall you will find the in-suite washer and dryer just before the main bath. In the back is the master bedroom with queen-sized bed next to the lodge suite. The lodge suite can be made up for two twin beds or one king size bed. This room has it's own ensuite, 32 " flat panel TV and access to the private deck and hot tub. The private secure parking is beneath the condo only steps from the stairs to access it.
