Located on the MAIN floor, our single level home features a spacious entry, open kitchen, dining and living room area offering elegant comfort. Covered deck and private hot tub accessed from living area. The first master bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed with full ensuite bathroom including steam shower. The 2nd master bedroom also has a King bed and full ensuite. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and finally the Bunk room has 2 single/double bunks with it's own ensuite bath. There is also an additional Queen sofa bed in located in the living room. All bedrooms come equipped with their own 4K UHD TV's with over 90+ channels. The laundry room is located off the large foyer with plenty of room for a big group. 

Located just steps from the gondola and Happy Valley recreation area, we offer a unique and luxurious setting for a memorable vacation. The amenities in our well-appointed home and building are distinctive.

Timber's #104...what a great place to share a ski vacation with your family!!! We enjoyed your property tremendously. My family often rent a property at Big White to have a reunion while we all enjoy some great skiing. All of us were in agreement that this property was our favorite one of any that we have rented in the past. First of all, having 4 bedrooms along with 4 separate bathrooms is a real plus. The condo is also excellently outfitted with so many amenities, too numerous to mention. And finally, the wonderful gesture by the owners who welcomed our family with a bottle of local wine along with some great chocolates, was much appreciated. Thanks...and we hope to be enjoying your property sometime in the future.

We are situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube park, cross country ski trails, snowshoe trails, snowmobile rentals, restaurants, bar and cafeteria. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the Village center ski lifts, restaurants, shops and Kids Centre. Ski in at day's end over the Skiers Bridge or down Happy Valley Way right to the Timbers door!

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
