Located on the MAIN floor, our single level home features a spacious entry, open kitchen, dining and living room area offering elegant comfort. Covered deck and private hot tub accessed from living area. The first master bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed with full ensuite bathroom including steam shower. The 2nd master bedroom also has a King bed and full ensuite. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and finally the Bunk room has 2 single/double bunks with it's own ensuite bath. There is also an additional Queen sofa bed in located in the living room. All bedrooms come equipped with their own 4K UHD TV's with 0ver 90+ channels. The laundry room is located off the large foyer with plenty of room for a big group.

We love this Condo. It is comfortable and relaxing. Rented it again for 2023. The owners have made sure that everything you would ever need to cook your meals is available in the kitchen. Pots and pans, dishes, etc. are all of excellent quality. A Keurig machine made it easy to get morning coffee. There isn't a single negative for this Condo, it is one of the best we have ever rented at Big White.

I thought the ski in ski out is fabulous. The games room is great also. I think the unit is overall great the only thing I would say which is normal is the pics make things look much bigger. Did expect the sitting are to be a little larger. The 2 bedrooms have a bigger common area than the 4 that I did not expect. Overall tho worked great for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo is well equipped with high-end finishings and very comfortable for a larger group. The open layout was functional and very cozy! We especially appreciated the large entrance way/boot room with plenty of space to get kids ready to head out on to the mountain. The location can't be beat, with ski-in-ski-out access and walking distance to Happy Valley amenities. This place is fantastic, and we would certainly rent it again. I would highly recommend this property.

The flat was great, the kitchen was superbly provisioned with more utensils that you could wish for. The flat is beautifully decorated, they supply extra blankets, pillows. My only comment is the mattress in the master suite is too soft so most mornings we woke up with back pain. The location is great, easy to ski in and out. This is our fifth time in Big White and we will definitely rent this unit again. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had a fantastic time! The location was perfect for us, as it was an easy walk for everyone (including my young daughter) to get to the gondola, Happy Valley Lodge and the learning centre. The condo was well-furnished and well-equipped - we found everything we needed and more! It had the best-equipped kitchen of any condo we had ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our group of four families. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

This is our second time staying with Luxury Mountain Rentals and we have nothing but great things to say about them. Sean was a big help and was quick to respond with every question we had.

What a great stay. The condo was recently renovated and shows even better than in the photos. The beds are comfortable, the linen is above expectation. The location is superb. The gondola is about a 20 second ski away from the ski lockers. You really cannot get any closer to a lift at Big White. We have become spoiled over the years renting directly from owners taking for granted small items such as sugar, generic baking supplies, tea bags, dried condiments, bar/cocktail glasses, mixers, measures, shakers, etc... This place was well stocked (including wine and juice glasses) but resembled an executive hotel suite rather then a home lived in. If you are planning a formal dinner or you like to customize your cocktails or need something special for the kitchen/bar we recommend bringing it along.

The shared games room although close to the condo is not on par with the condo itself. It had a small TV, pool table, ping pong, foos ball, and shuffleboard but the ques, chalk, paddles, balls etc... were no were to be found. The kids grew bored fairly quickly and came back to the condo. No worry though as an Xbox 1 (Bring your own games), SONOS and 4KHD Tv's in every room kept the kids busy. That said we dont rent ski chalets for the electronics or games we rent for the snow and as always Big White delivered. The hot tub was as expected. The BBQ was small but functional.

All in all a great week and would not hesitate coming back.

Another wonderful stay at Novak's

This was our third year staying at Novak's. The location is great for families with young kids, as it is close to the family-friendly activities at Happy Valley and also close to the gondola to catch a lift to the village. The layout of the unit is amazing and ideal for several families. We love having so many rooms and bathrooms for everyone to use. The home is fully stocked with all the basic cooking and dining equipment/cutlery, as well as spices, teas & coffees. There are laundry supplies, basic toiletries and plenty of towels for everyone. Getting in and out of the unit and the building was very easy and the ski locker kept all our gear secure.

This year there were extensive and beautiful renovations and updates to the unit. The kitchen is now spacious and stunning.

The only downsides to the unit are that it is not pet-friendly (understandable, considering the lovely renos) and the now higher rental rate for next year (also understandable). Thank you for a lovely stay! Hopefully we'll be back in 2020.

The Novaks place at the Timbers is beautiful!!! It is in a great location being steps from Happy Valley and is very spacious with 4 bedrooms decorated with warm cozy bedding and comfy beds. The bunk room was wonderful for our kids with their own bathroom and lots of space to play with their toys.

Upon arrival we had clean supply of towels, cloths, toothpaste and makeup wipes. We were missing dishwasher soap, laundry soap and hand soap. I think they were just missed being restocked as everything else was spot on. We would definitely stay here again: )

Rental was fantastic. Location is perfect for kids as it is close to gondola, skating and tubing. Kitchen has everything you could possibly think of Layout is perfect for a large group, we could not have asked for a better rental

Only suggestion would be to add a couple of extra dinning room chairs as we had 10 in our group but were unable to all sit at the table together

Beautiful place, truly ski-in/ski-out. Very clean and the pictures don't do it justice.

The only tiny issues (which didn't detract from our enjoyment at all) were that the kitchen could really only fit 1 person at a time, but not a big deal for the 7 of us staying there. Also, the silverware drawer was a little difficult to open/close - likely normal wear and tear on the most commonly used drawer, and finally, the master bath shower door rubbed a little on the shower curb- likely just needs to be slightly tightened at the hinge/glass interface.

But there was really nothing at all to complain about (hence the 5 stars across the board) and would definitely try and stay at this beautiful place again the next time we are at Big White!

Great location on the hill! So close to the Happy Valley Day Lodge and its amenities as well as to the gondola that takes you up to the Village Centre. With two families sharing this condo, it's perfect to have 2 master bedrooms, one is a little larger but both have separate ensuites and king beds. Bunk room is great for the kids, complete with their own bathroom. The queen bed in the den allows for even more guests.

Already planning to rebook for next year! Kitchen is a little small but very well stocked.

What a gem! I have been snowboarding for the last 20 or so years, but my first time to Big White. This property was outstanding! It was in a great location for my family where my wife and I snowboarded half days, my older son went skiing and my youngest son went to daycare. It was just a short walk to the gondola to get to the village. It was also a very short walk to get to the area to go tubing, beginner lessons, ice climbing, ice skating, sleigh riding, and dog sledding. The property was very clean and everything we needed. We stayed on the first floor which was very convenient with kids and close to throw away rubbish and recycling. The kitchen had all the cookware and dishes we needed. It was a little tight between the fridge and island, but that is just knit picking. The bedrooms, closets and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The dining room and living room were perfect for lounging around and entertainment (we had friends in 2 other rooms in the same building so we rotated who hosted dinners). The hot tub was also perfect after a cold day of boarding and there was also a perfect size grill. Being on the 1st floor, our patio was not as large as our friends on other floors, so it was a little tight when we grill, but again that is just knit picking. I would hands down without a doubt stay here again. My wife did work out once (on a rest day) in the weight room and it was okay, but again who is really there to work out at the gym when there are so many outdoor activities to do. We also went to the game room twice and it was a lot of fun. If you stay here, I am sure you will not be sorry. This was our friends fourth time to Big White and they said that this was the nicest accommodation that they had stayed at.

We stayed BC Family Day long weekend. What a great place and a great location. We were travelling with lots of young kids the place was big enough for everyone. Would defiantly book it again. Fantastic Place! Only complaint was the pool cues were plastic and short for the game room, and there were no beads provided for the shuffleboard. Other than that, the property managers were very easy to get a hold of, the unit was perfectly clean. Bang for your buck, you can't beat this.

Yes I would recommend this property to others, but a few things need noting. The hot tub is a 4 person and not 8. The BBQ is small and really only good for hot dogs or hamburgers. Fresh air wasn't achievable in most rooms due to the difficulty opening the windows, consequently if is was warm in the room you were stuck (weird design).

The layout is fantastic and the location was very convenient. Gondola only runs until 11pm on weekends, so if going to the village you need to walk back down if you take gondola up. Wendy was very helpful finding the people who parked in both our stalls upon arrival.

Everything was great. Had an issue with the dishwasher breaking down right when we arrived but the owner sent in a repair guy fairly quickly. The place itself was in a perfect location as it was close to the gondola, skating rink, tubing, etc.
