Thanks for checking out our home & for coming to Whistler, BC. This is the living room on the upper floor with a wrap around gas burning fireplace which faces both living room and dining room. Windows beam out to a private treed setting & breathtaking mountain views across the valley!
Full view of the kitchen, which includes a great APRES seating area where you can relive your mountain adventures with the cook! The kitchen includes basic staples like soap products, saran wrap, etc, storage containers and all cooking supplies you would need. We also keep basic food staples in the cupboards to share with guests. Tip! Organize your groceries in advance & get them delivered at arrival (Nesters Whistler), so that you can get down to relaxing and having fun ASAP!
The dining area seats 6 comfortably. There are 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar which is great for the kids!
Alternative view of the living room. There is a 50 inch flat screen TV w/ DVD and stereo too! This main floor also has an entrance from the outside, where you would walk 20 paces to the free shuttle. The main floor also has a bathroom and stairs that go down to the lower level. The lower entrance is from the secured garage, where you can park your car just outside the door of the unit.
This large deck projects out from the living room sliding doors. You get great views across the valley and fantastic sunsets. The balcony is great for have a glass of wine and listening to the sounds of the birds but please no smoking.
This is the main floor bathroom. It includes a bubble jet tub, which is GREAT for an apres ski soak! The floors are heated to sooth your tired feet!
This is the main floor bedroom. The bed on the left is a single bed bunk. The bed on the right is a double bed on the bottom and single bunk on top. This room also has a 37 inch flat screen TV which makes it an ideal kids room. Kids love to load in their fave movies and flake out on their beds after a long day on the slopes and big soak in the hot tub. This room also buys you some sleep-in time 'cause the kids quietly amuse themselves with some flicks if they wake up early from jet lag! Smart, eh?
This is the main floor entrance, which also has a heated floor for quick drying! , There are lots of places to quickly hang your gear and stash your stuff & helmets. The opposite wall lets you stand up your boards and includes even more hooks. Walk 20 paces out that door and catch the free shuttle. The shuttle wisks you to the village gondola base and all central locations. You don't need a car! (see testimonial on front page!)
These stairs lead you down from the main floor down to the lower floor. This is the view looking up the stairs to the main floor you just saw, from the garage entrance. The floors in this hallway are also heated. The doors to the left lead to the 2 other bedrooms. The bathroom and laundry area is at the end of the hallway, which you will see in the next photos!

This is a view from the entrance coming in from the garage. Note lots of storage for your gear, space to lean your boards and hooks to hang your stuff. That bedroom is the Queen bedroom. This entire tiled area and hallway also features heated floors.
This is the first bedroom you come to as you stroll down the hallway towards the bathroom. This is a queen bed. The bedrooms have lots of closet space, which is getting hard to find in Whistler!
This is the master bedroom with a king size bed. It also has a private patio and lots of closet space.
This is the downstairs bathroom, which also has heated floors, a steam shower, rain shower and body jets. What does this all mean? No aching muscles, total relaxation and unfettered spoiling yourself!
12-15 Person Common Hot Tub, newly rebuilt in July 2012: This is the Snowbird hot tub, which seats 12 people comfortably. Our complex is a quiet family complex. The hot tub is never crowded. Kids love its size! It is less than a 1 minute walk outside the lower entrance door. Actually, you can toss a can of beer from our balcony 10ft down to the tub :)

Our family would like to say a big "Thank You!" to you for allowing us to rent your townhouse. Your "home-away-from-home" was great and provided us with a lot of space so we could "spread out" and not sit one on top of the other (as in a hotel room setting). The location couldn't have been better for the many walks we took, the bike riding we did, and the quiet, relaxation we were looking forward to. Let me start by saying that we have stayed in 4 other places in Whistler and yours is by far our favourite. Quiet, yet close to all the activities. Great place with lots of space in the living areas as well as bedrooms. Each bedroom is really nice, and our group was actually pretty surprised at how big the bedroom with the bunk beds is. The property is steps away from the free Whistler shuttle #5, which made getting to the gondola super easy. We just took the bus up the hill (2 stops) and got off the top to ski to the Blackcomb gondola. Also love that the owners are super responsive to our questions leading up and during the stay. If you are thinking of booking this condo, do it now, you will not be disappointed. You can really tell that the owners use this place as a second home and not just a rental to make money from (although I'm sure that is a bonus), the standard of the accommodation, fixtures and fittings is exceptionally high.
We were two families, a couple and a family if five (three kids aged 7-11) and the set up is just perfect for that. The kids room has a tv with Netflix which is an absolute lifesaver! They can have their own space and chill out. The "adult" bedrooms and bathroom downstairs are so comfy and the double shower, complete with steam and massage jets is just what you need after a long day on the hill.
The condo is perfectly located, steps from both the on site hot tub (its an exceptionally hot hot tub!) and also steps from the bus stop. We always stay in the upper village as the location is quiet and the main village is a short bus ride or walk away. We don't intent to travel as a group again next year, but the next time we do I'll be arranging the whole holiday based on the availability of this accommodation.
One final comment, the communication from the owners was brilliant, from a pre -booking enquiry to checking everything was ok while we were there, I could not have asked for anything more.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

We had a wonderful week in this condo- it is better in real life than the pictures- spacious- enough for 9 - 4 adults and 5 kids. Really well priced- comfy large beds with quality linen. Very clean. Warm and cosy- important when it was -25 outside! I could not have wanted more for our trip and a 8 min bus ride- if you really want you can go one stop up the hill and ski into blackcomb rather than going to the base.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

Ski in at day's end and walk back to apres ski and hot tub. Alternatively, you can walk 20 easy paces to the free shuttle that comes by often daily and be whisked in minutes down to the central Village & the Whistler & Blackcomb Gondola bases. The stop is straight out our front door. Our guests say that the free shuttle is incredible for skiing AND apres ski in the Village.

Guest Stay Policies
|Bike Storage||Bikes must be stored in the property entranceways only. Bikes are NOT permitted past the tiled entrance ways in the property.|

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bedsheets every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee|
|Liability||The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Local maintenance service responds with 24 hour pager.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||8. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction. Owner also reserves the right to reverse the reservation within 24 hours of booking.|
|Missing Items||Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.|
|Noise Restrictions||Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.|
|Policy Updates||Guests are accountable to the policies posted on my web site at the time of booking the property and are not subject to policies that were amended or added after their booking was made.|
|Property Damage||Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $500 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted.Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation.|
