We were extremely pleased with the condo. Even better then the pictures! Very spacious and well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. Rooms were clean and spacious. Checking in and out was really smooth. And great value!!
Our only complaint was the ski out, which was rated a three star, but probably is a little less then that. Had to walk about 5 minutes with our skis to the gondola. Ski in was great once we found it. But given how great the actual condo was, we all agreed it was worth it.

Centrally positioned main bathroom and in suite laundry are off kitchen area. Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite and second bedroom with Queen bed located off central hallway.

The Raven is a short walk away from the Happy Valley Adventure area and Lodge.
Ski-in, Ski-out - There is direct Ski-in access to The Raven and Ski-out simply requires a short across the road, or walk downhill to the Gondola depending on snow coverage. On a good day you can put your skis on as soon as you have left The Raven entrance and crossed over the road.

Policies
PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES CAREFULLY, particularly our cancellation policy. These policies are strictly enforced. Failure to meet them prior to your arrival or during your stay will result in either cancellation or eviction. Minimum age for guests is 25, unless accompanying parents/guardians. We do not require a deposit in advance for damages. By booking with us you agree to pay charges up to $1000.00 for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning.

Noise Restrictions | Quiet time is 11.00pm to 7.00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11.00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11.00pm out of respect for neighbouring guests. |

Lovely, light and spacious open plan living - you can see the Monashee mountains from the lounge area and deck. A relaxing lounge area with comfortable leather sofa and chairs in front of the fire. Wall mounted large screen plasma TV above the fireplace with DVD player and selection of movies for all. There is a stereo (I-pod compatible) and Wii games console.
Dining Area
The dining area lays comfortably between the lounge and the Kitchen. A beautiful solid wood table with high back leather chairs for 6.
