Get to the lifts in minutes when you ride the free Whistler shuttle which stops right near Marketplace Lodge. Alternatively, walk 5-10 minutes through the pedestrian Village and find yourself at the base of Whistler Mountain.
You may also find Whistler Marketplace Lodge to be quieter than other Village accommodation located nearer nightclubs and bars.

Ski Lifts: Walk it or bus it on the free shuttle. Whistler Mountain base is 5-10 minutes by foot or less than 2 minutes by free shuttle.
Equipment Rental & Ski School: The closest locations are at the Whistler Mountain base, right by the ski lifts.
Health & Wellness: Pamper yourself with a treatment from one of Whistler Village's many spas. Walk less than 5 minutes to most of them.
Shops & Restaurants: Shop and dine to your heart's content with abundant shops and restaurants right on your doorstep or within close walking distance along the pedestrian walkway.
Grocery Store: Find Whistler's largest grocery store, IGA Marketplace, just across the parking lot from Marketplace Lodge.
Liquor Store: Walk out the front door of Marketplace Lodge, look to your right and you'll be staring at a BC Liquor Store. This store provides the largest selection in Whistler.

Marketplace Lodge in Whistler - Accommodation Size & Suitability
Whistler Marketplace Lodge condos are much more spacious that hotel rooms. All units have a separate bedroom and some will feature an additional den area. Units range from 547 - 710 square feet.
Couples: Enjoy more space than the traditional hotel room and cozy up by the fireplace together. Either dine out or eat in each night - both are easy with a grocery store and abundant restaurants nearby. If you prefer a more secluded mountain getaway, you may prefer accommodation on the Mountain though.
Families with Kids & Teens: Marketplace Lodge's location is appealing for families. You've got a grocery store, cheap fast-food restaurants and even a candy store less than a minute away. The free shuttle also makes getting to the lifts quick and easy. Larger families may prefer a larger property though.
Active Seniors: Ski, shop and dine as much as you like with easy access to everything from Marketplace Lodge.
Non-Skiers & Riders: Marketplace Lodge is a great place to stay if you're coming to Whistler to traipse around the Village, hit up the nightspots or indulge in spas and world-class dining.
Young Adults & Nightcrawlers: Party at Whistler's many bars and nightclubs without worrying how you'll get home at night. Walk through the pedestrian Village to get to and from nightlife venues in minutes.
Disabled/Less Mobile: Markeplace Lodge is handicap accessible with single-level units and elevator access. Staying in the Village area will also be more convenient as the pedestrian stroll is right outside your door.
