My family had a great summer stay. The condo layout is fabulous with the bedrooms and spacious bathroom upstairs, and the kitchen/living room, bathroom, laundry and a large entryway downstairs. The location is perfect for winter and summer, and the pool/hot tub is fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.

A great property, great location with everything that you would need for a summer bike trip. Plenty of room for our family of four and a well-stocked kitchen. Easy access to the Lost Lake trails and the village by walking or biking. You never need to use a vehicle for anything. Nice to have the secure bike storage as well. The unit is in great shape overall, but needs a new carpet.

Family winter stay

I rented this unit for my son and family (2 small children). It was great. Well located, easy access to pool and parking . Had everything that was needed for a family of 4, including games for the kids. Easy access to shopping and to the village.

The only two things needing attention are the shower needs a good scrub. Also the top of the fridge had not been dusted on a long time. Note my son is 5 feet 5 inches so could see the top easily!

Overall a very nice unit and would recommend it to anyone.

Great place, good value and location. The only disappointment was arriving early and calling owner to see what could be done with our bags until check-in. He never responded. We ended up just going to a hotel for temp storage and, as it turns out, I think the reception at Stoney Creek will actually store your luggage.

Very comfortable condo for our family stay. Kids loved the pool, we loved the hot tub. Met all our expectations. Nice to have the BBQ on the deck which we like to use. We did however set the fire alarm off as the stove was greasy from previous guests ... managed to stop it before the fire engines arrived!

This is a lovely condo on a good development close to the bus stops etc. We had a great stay for our skiing holiday and everything that we needed was available. the only real niggles were that the front door lock was a bit hit and miss until we realised that you needed to pull it towards you as you put the access code in and that we struggled to find the unit initially (which was probably because we were tired after our flight and drive). We think it would be really useful if you could provide a plan of the development showing exactly where the unit is within the development to assist guests on initial arrival. Having said all the above we had a really great stay and it is a great condo.

Great Family Vacation

We used the pool/hot tub every day, loved the easy access to the grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, etc. across the street and we never used the car the whole time we were there with so many great bike trails and hikes from those trails to choose from so close by to the property. Mark was quick to respond to any emails I sent, too.

I give this an overall 5 star rating. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness. When I arrived the evening of check in, the house was a mess. Trash and dirty dishes everywhere, previous renters items left throughout house, and unmade beds with sheets still on from previous renters. I honestly thought I walked into the wrong house or there were people still staying there and had been double booked. I got in late so I dealt with it.

I called the owner early the next morning and left him a message. He responded within the hour and was extremely helpful and accommodating. He apologized and scheduled his cleaners to come immediately. He was easy to work with and communicate with, and he even refunded us 1 night for the troubles.

Ended up being a great stay and I would stay there again.

Great Holiday Experience

This Condo was perfect for our 5 day ski trip to Whistler. Upon arrival, gaining access to the parking garage and unit was quick and easy. The unit is located right next to the grocery store and only 5-10 minute walk from the village. The bus stop is directly across the street making it very easy to get to and from the base of the mountains.

We were able to comfortably fit 7 people and there were plenty of blankets and pillows to keep everyone cozy. Make sure to check out the extremely large hot tub post skiing. It was a perfect place to recover after a long day on the hill and discuss with other guests about where the best snow is for the next day.

Good place for family to stay in Whistler

This is a townhouse, with two bedrooms on the second floor. It is spacious and cozy. Everything is clean and handy. The walking distance to the lift is about 10 minutes, which is OK when weather is good. WIFI is available but the speed is not very good.

Anyway, I would like to recommend this property to the families with 2 or 3 kids.

The condo was really great with a nice lay out and really spacious. Perfect location to get on the shuttle every morning though I have to say we enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the lift just as much. Nice relaxing pool and hot tub on the shared property. Other tenants/guests are very respectful and quiet in the evenings which is nice if you want to get a lot of rest. All the bars and restuarants are just across the street into the village.

Honestly - a perfect location - I would definately go back again!

North Star is conveniently located across the street from Fresh-Street-Market in Whistler Village. Close to restaurants and shops, yet a short distance from the Village Stroll (2-minute walk) allows this location to be quiet and private compared to other units located in the village center.
