Our second time staying at Ann and Greg’s place. Still enjoyed as much as the first time. Location is perfect. Kitchen spacious with provided condiments. Pull out sofa mattress is now a memory foam mattress. Loved. Extra linens for sofa bed nicely laundered. Another loved. Can’t find any faults with this place. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Any noise complaints will result in eviction or fines. This includes noise in the common areas ie. hot tub. Please respect other guests in the complex.|
|Forgotten Items by Guest||Forgotten items by Guests will be returned via C.O.D. either with Canada Post or Greyhound Express Courier, whichever is more practical. Arrangements for pickup can be made for guests in the Lower Mainland area.|
|Hot Tub||If provided, treat Hot Tub usage with respect. No usage after 10:00pm|
|Housekeeping||There is no mid stay housekeeping service included. A full housekeeping service is available at a cost of $110.00 per day. The moving of furniture within the chalet is strictly forbidden. This causes a lot of damage to the floors,walls, paintwork & furniture!.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any injuries to tennants while they are on our property or anywhere else in Whistler.|
