Great place - clean, modern, nice decor, updated. Has kitchen with everything you need, laundry. Bed was extremely comfortable. I really like the location right across from the IGA. Right near the Village but not in the Village so it's quiet. Also love that it comes with a parking spot and parking is included in the cost. I would recommend and would stay here again any time!

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Any noise complaints will result in eviction or fines. This includes noise in the common areas ie. hot tub. Please respect other guests in the complex.
Forgotten Items by Guest Forgotten items by Guests will be returned via C.O.D. either with Canada Post or Greyhound Express Courier, whichever is more practical. Arrangements for pickup can be made for guests in the Lower Mainland area.
Housekeeping There is no mid stay housekeeping service included. A full housekeeping service is available at a cost of $95 per day. The moving of furniture within the chalet is strictly forbidden. This causes a lot of damage to the floors,walls, paintwork & furniture!.
Liability We are not responsible for any injuries to tennants while they are on our property or anywhere else in Whistler.
Maintenance Emergencies A phone number will be provided.

Parking & Ticketing Parking in assigned space only. Visitor parking spaces are available on a first come-first serve basis

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints causing Police or Security charges - all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises., common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property resulting in special cleaning to remove odours, pets that damage the property.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is legally zoned for either short term or long term rental accommodation use.
Terms of Eviction Any complaints will result in eviction by security service. Strictly enforced

Just steps away from shopping and fine dining with  easy access to the free shuttle to the lifts of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. Over 870 square feet to relax in.   This is one of the most spacious and comfortable one bedroom townhouses in the Village. Great for the outdoors person yet retains a luxurious quality which all adults enjoy. Free parking.

A fully equipped kitchen allows you to create your own gourmet memories.

 Located in the quiet end of the Village, you are only steps away from the Marketplace shopping area featuring IGA for groceries, Rexall Drugs and a government liquor store. Starbucks and Blenz coffee houses are also nearby.  A few more steps and you are in the heart of Whistler Village where you can soak up the fabulous atmosphere at one of the outdoor eateries or go inside to thrill your culinary tastebuds.

Thanks for visiting our website!  We live in Surrey, BC. We've taken many family holidays in the summer to Whistler and fell in love with the whole Whistler experience. Hiking and biking, Ziptrekking, and ATVing have all helped to make our trips memorable - definitely the best time of the year! We hear that Whistler is great for skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing in winter too!
