How Does It Work?

  • When you want to make a reservation with a participating owner, click their Reserve Now button. You will be required to create a unique username and password for yourself, as well as provide the information necessary for the owner to properly process your reservation. Your information is kept secure.
  • When participating owners add your reservation to their calendar, a unique reservation number is generated. This initiates the reservation tracking process and ensures that your reservation is error-free!
  • When it is time for you to pay, go to the owner's property display page and click their Make a Balance Payment link.
  • Enter in your username and password, as well as your reservation number. This authenticates your reservation and gives you access to the owner's payment gateway.
  • You will be prompted to follow some simple instructions. It takes about 5 minutes, and works 24 hours per day, 7 days per week!
