Welcome to our Penthouse at South Point. Located on the Third floor, our elegant Penthouse boasts of skilled craftsmanship and well thought out architectural detailing. Just a stones throw from Happy Valley, ski slopes and gondola to enjoy all the village amenities.  Impeccable Accommodation - Perfect Location.

Offering a spectacular resort lifestyle, this extraordinary 2,000 sq. ft. Penthouse has everything for a memorable vacation.

Walk into a generous foyer with plenty of closet space, then move into the great room. All wood, post and beam 24 ft. high cathedral ceiling and windows. Two-sided gas fireplace is another focal point situated in the middle of the living room with pool table behind. Contemporary furniture to lounge in while watching the fire a DVD or stream content to the Google Chromecast on the UHD TV. Kitchen is to one side of the great room with Shaker style cabinets and long breakfast nook which flows into the dining area that seats 10.

The covered balcony off the living room features a private hot tub and BBQ. Walking past the kitchen you enter in the bedroom and bathroom area.

On the left is the main bathroom and 3rd bedroom that sleeps 5, on the right is the Master bedroom with another gas fireplace, ensuite with Steam shower and high vaulted ceiling. Carry on to the Guest Suite that sleeps 5 with private ensuite with full bathtub and its very own private entrance plus another private balcony. This Penthouse is for those who love a luxury lifestyle.

The apartment was perfect for 2 families with small children....(4 adults, 3 children) Everything you need is provided! Wonderfully warm and cosy place. Communication with Allura & Luxury rentals was extremely quick and reliable & they were very attentive when we reported damage to kitchen appliance. Great location for Happy Valley and access to Gondola to get to the village. Would return to stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family has stayed at your condo for the past 2 years during spring break and it has been amazing. We love the location --- everything is easy to get to and it has a fantastic ski in / ski out. Your condo is extremely comfortable and we have felt at home when we are there. You have everything that we need and this helps make our vacation extremely relaxing.

Our accommodation in Big White lived up to every expectation. The owners were so accommodating to fit us in - as it was not available for a couple of days we required, they were able to move days about for us.

The apartment was 5 star in every way, a lot of room to move around and easy ski in and ski out. Couldn't ask for any better and would recommend it and would stay there again if available. Merry Christmas and thankyou for the Christmas tree !

The South Point Development is a highly sought-after location due to its amazing ski in and out access and proximity to Happy Valley. Many of the units in the complex have great views of the Monashee Mountains and Happy Valley itself. Gaze at the mountain views and enjoy the weekend fireworks shows from your condo! Happy Valley hosts a number of outdoor features such as ice skating, tubing, snowshoe trails, ice climbing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, restaurants, bar, cafeteria and Gondola access to the Village.
