Offering a spectacular resort lifestyle, this extraordinary 2,000 sq. ft. Penthouse has everything for a memorable vacation. Walk into a generous foyer with plenty of closet space, then move into the great room. All wood, post and beam 24 ft. high cathedral ceiling and windows. Two sided gas fireplace is another focul point situated in the middle of the living room with pool table behind. Contemporary furniture to lounge in while watching the fire or a DVD on the Plasma TV. Kitchen is to one side of the great room with Shaker style cabinets and long breakfast nook which flows into the dining area that seats 10. The covered balcony off the living room features a private hot tub and BBQ. Walking past the kitchen you enter in the bedroom and bathroom area. |Excessive Cleaning Costs||Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours|

The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.|

Steve and Merrilee and our two children welcome you to our home in Big White. After a few trips to Big White it was clear this would be our destination of choice for our family ski holidays and we are very pleased to have been able to purchase this unit. With our children easily able to access the village or tubing we find this an ideal location. Merrilee is an avid cook so you will find a well appointed kitchen and we encourage all our guests to take advantage of that. Cappuccinos in the morning are a must for us so you will find a Nespresso Lattissima in the bar area and we are happy to provide you with a supply of coffee for the duration of your stay. Although this is our home, rest assured we have professional management in place to ensure you are well looked after during your stay. We welcome you to our home in Big White.
