Loved the location near the pool & hot tub. We would suggest a recycling bin in the unit with what's accepted so items aren't thrown away by guests. Also, recommend telling guests they can park the car & unload via the stairs as the parking spot is so close. Enjoyed our stay!View Full Review

Love to go to Whistler whenever we can. Sometimes it’s at the base by the gondola’s and sometimes it’s buy Marketplace. This property is just across the street from Marketplace and was one of our best finds yet. Clean, large, nice place to stay. My kids loved the oversized pullout couch with foam mattress. Guest Stay Policies
|Bike Storage||Strata by-law prohibits the storage of bikes on common property. In-suite storage of bikes and trailers is not allowed. Secured bike storage is available in the underground parkade.|
|Check-In Time||4:00 pm. Earlier check-in time may be possible. Please contact us by email at least 48 hours in advance to see if this is possible.|
|Check-Out Time||10:00am. Later check-out time may be possible. Please contact us by email at least 48 hours in advance to see if this is possible. If you have not made arrangements with us for late check-out and the cleaners arrive before your departure, a $40 charge will apply. If your late departure directly conflicts with another guest's arrival, your belongings may be gathered and you must contact the cleaners to arrange for pick-up of your belongings.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest authorizes charges to be made to their credit card for any excessive cleaning or garbage removal resulting from their stay. If applicable, we will contact you directly to discuss the charges.|

|Liability||We are not responsible for any property loss/damage or personal injury while a guest is in our home, travelling to/from, or on resort property. Guests should ensure that they have adequate travel, medical, and property insurance coverage before arriving.|

The spacious living room has a cozy gas fireplace to warm you up after a day on the slopes. There is comfortable seating for the whole family on the couch and arm chair. The couch converts into a queen size sofa bed for your night time rest. Watch shows on the TV, DVD, VCR or listen to your favorite music on the stereo system. Access to the private patio is off the living room.
The large dining room table easily seats five. The chandelier and glass block window provides ample lighting. The kitchen counter opens to the dining room so you can continue to visit with friends and family while preparing meals.
Even though Whistler is known for its winter activities our family has mostly enjoyed Whistler in the summer at its beaches, lakes, parks, and trails. We feel that Whistler has so much to offer year round for all ages and we hope that you have the opportunity to enjoy the Whistler experience too.
