Simply decide what's most convenient on your pick-up day. Your Whistler lift tickets can be printed out wherever you choose to pick them up. Just present your order confirmation email and you'll have your tickets in hand as quickly as the printer can spit them out!

Ski School Sales Desk - 8am - 5pm (hours may be extended during high-season)
This location is at the base of Whistler Mountain in the building attached to the Whistler Mountain Gondola. Inside the Guest Relations doors (to the right of the rental shop). Look for the Pre-Registered Ski & Snowboard School Desk and AlluraDirect.com sign.
This Whistler lift ticket pick-up location is most convenient if you are staying in Village North, Whistler Village, in the Upper Village on the Whistler Mountain Side or have enrolled for ski/board school on Whistler Mountain.

This location is on the Main Floor of the Blackcomb Day Lodge. Look for the Ski School Desk next to Guest Relations, and the AlluraDirect.com sign.
This location is the most convenient if you are staying in the Upper Village on the Blackcomb side, on the slopes of Blackcomb, at the Blackcomb Base or if you have enrolled in ski school on Blackcomb Mountain.
