We had a wonderful stay in Whistler during ski season. The townhome is located directly across from the lower village, incredibly convenient to the food and liquor store and all restaurants. Walking to the Main village gondolas is right up the street, maybe a 10 minute level walk, easy. The free bus shuttle is directly across the street. Finally access to the Nordic Center is just down the road too. Perfect location! You really never need a car.
The accommodations were nice. Rooms are a bit small but workable. Beds were quite comfortable and the bathrooms were, as advertised, all remodeled. No shortage of heat or hot water! This is a first floor unit so beware that you might get some light foot noise from above.
Kitchen had everything needed for food prep. They could use a light over the sink and the dining room light is way too bright. But those are minor issues to be sure. Dining room table sat 6 and the tv area was nice. Outdoor grill worked fine too.
Underground parking is warm and safe. The reserved spot might be tight for a larger vehicle but our midsize suv fit in. The hot tub was a nice feature too. It was quite private with only the trees behind the unit.
Overall weâ??ve stayed at several comparable units in the lower village area and this was the best so far. Book with confidence that youâ??ll have a fine accommodation.View Full Review

This is one of Whistler's most desired central, yet quiet location near the Olympic Plaza, IGA grocery store, pharmacy, and liquor stores Just steps to the Village and a short 7 minute walk to the lifts! Alternatively, you can take the free shuttle that operates until 3 am daily and be whisked in minutes down to the Whistler & Blackcomb Gondola bases. The shuttle operates on a 5-15 minute frequency. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|

Hi!! Let us introduce ourselves a bit. Ian and I (Shelley) live just outside Barrie Ontario, but we have a Whistler Story. I use to live in Whistler from 2002-2004, but had to make the difficult decision to return to Ontario to begin my teaching career as there were no opportuniites in BC at that time. In 2010, Ian and I returned to Whister on vacation, and it was Ian's first trip to the area. He understood immediately the love that I had for Whistler, and he choose to make it even more special by proposing on that trip just off the top of the peak chair on Whistler Mountain. On that trip, the Whistler bug bit Ian and he was on board for spending more time in the area. In 2014 just after the birth of our second son we had the opportunity to purchase a fractional ownership in the Benchlands. We have enjoyed 5 annual summer vacations to Whistler where our boys have also fallen in LOVE with all that Whistler has to offer. They have both become excellent bikers and enjoy spending time in the park. As a result...they want to spend more time and so do we. That lead us to this adventure of owning our own place and gives us the opportunity to share all the things we love about Whistler with all of you.
