Our recently renovated Stoney Creek Lagoons 2 bedroom townhouse sleeps 6. Our ground level townhome provides easy access with NO stairs to climb after a day of skiing or biking. Enjoy the living room with it's cozy fireplace or relax in our PRIVATE HOT TUB located on on our back patio directly off the second bedroom.
Full gourmet kitchen with beautiful hardwood floors, stainless appliances and basic food staples. We have included every amenity you can imagine to make your stay more enjoyable.
We also offer HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS! We are dedicated to ensuring your holiday is memorable and look forward to helping you fulfill your vacation dreams. We stayed 12 days at Ian and Shellys condo and it was great. Everything was as described and the condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, pots and utensils. No problems with the internet and lots of television channels to watch. The hot tub backed onto trees and was quite private and we used it every day. Location is excellent with a large food store and Tim Hortons across the street and the airport bus stop a five minute walk away. Easy to communicate with Ian and he is quick to reply. Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Guests will be liable for excessive cleaning costs. Reimbursement for excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from the damage deposit in the first instance, with guests liable for any difference.
Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
