Loved this condo, and the location. This was our 7th summer visit, and 10th multi week stay in Whistler. The owners were very fats to reply with any questions prior to arrival, the condo was fantastic, loved the layout for our family. The location was quiet, very central to everything in the village, a really pleasant stay! Would highly highly recommend

My husband and our friends had a great time at this condo. Location was great - walking distance to the village and supermarket - and very quiet. Kitchen is extremely well equipped with all the needed condiments and spices.

It was a great benefit to have free underground parking for us and and extra one for our friends (first come first serve) for the second spot. Just a minor fix i would recommend - the taps in both washrooms were leaking and the shower in the smaller bathroom was pointed only in one direction so it was a bit challenging to shower there. Our friends used the bathroom in the master bedroom for showers.

Otherwise we had a blast at your condo. Made wonderful meals on the BBQ and relaxed in the hot tub after a lengthy hike.

This is one of Whistler's most desired locations! Central, yet quite location. Just steps to the Village and a short 7 minute walk to the lifts! Alternatively, you can take the free shuttle that operates until 3 am daily and be whisked in minutes down to the Whistler & Blackcomb Gondola bases. The shuttle operates on a 5-15 minute frequency. The stop is at the front of the complex by the IGA Market. See the free shuttle schedule & route at: Restaurants, Olympic Plaza, grocery store, pharmacy, video and liquor stores are just across the street. We visited Whistler many times and stayed in just about every area. This was our first choice of areas to purchase in.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Property Sale All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense
Reservation Changes If availability permits & in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise 24 hour security. Will be evicted with no refund
Garbage Removal Guest please remove upon check out.
Housekeeping Complimentary. Before arrival, after departure and every 5 days for 8 or more nights stay. Additional upon request at guest expense.

Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.

Property Damage All damages will be deducted from guests security deposit or charged to credit card. Damage includes, but is not restricted to noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost/broken or missing common or private property items, smoking or pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement reguarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

About Us

Mark and April currently live in Bend, Oregon. Mark is a pilot with American Airlines and also flys F-16's for the Air Force Reserves. April works as a civilian employee for the US Forest Service. During one of our visits to Whistler we fell in love with the skiing and everything else Whistler has to offer. We have been renting our townhouse for over 10 years and enjoy many repeat guests from all over the world!  We consider this our second home and use it often with friends and family.  We're sure you will enjoy Whistler and our home as much as we do!  Please let us know if you have any questions or special requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.
