Stoney Creek Lagoons is a quiet, centrally located family complex situated on a beautiful lagoon with convenient access to Whistler Village . The Lagoons is located across the street from the IGA Market Place and the Olympic Plaza.

Our recently renovated Stoney Creek Lagoons 2 bedroom townhouse sleeps 6.  Our ground level townhome provides easy access with NO stairs to climb after a day of skiing or biking. Enjoy the living room with it's cozy fireplace or relax in our PRIVATE HOT TUB located on on our back patio directly off the second bedroom.

Full gourmet kitchen with beautiful hardwood floors, stainless appliances and basic food staples. We have included every amenity you can imagine to make your stay more enjoyable. 

We also offer HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS! We are dedicated to ensuring your holiday is memorable and look forward to helping you fulfill your vacation dreams. Thank you for your interest in our "home away from home". Rates are quoted in Canadian $ per night and are subject to 5% GST.  Rates are non-negotiable.

Great location and well equipped unit with everything you need. Layout of the unit was perfect for our family and exteriors were amazing to walk through when heading out or in from the village. Lagoon adjacent to unit, very well landscaped property. Would highly recommend to stay here and Ian was great to deal with. Bonus: your very own outdoor hot tub to use after a day spent hiking or skiing.

Perfect place for young families

Ian was incredibly prompt and accommodating in his correspondence... seems like a very genuine guy. The property itself is fabulous. We travelled with a 9 month old and 3 year old.

We visit Whistler frequently from Vancouver and this has by far been the most family friendly... it's all on the flat, no dangerous unfixed fixtures for children to knock over etc. You can tell thought went into the furniture for that reason. There was also a high chair available.

I've stayed in whistler at least 20 times and haven't stayed in a place so spacious or well appointed (even accounting for their attention to kid-friendliness). It's with a heavy heart that I leave this review as I'm fearful it'll encourage others to book and stop me availing of it over the winter season.

Damages:

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Excessive Cleaning:

Guests will be liable for excessive cleaning costs. Reimbursement for excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from the damage deposit in the first instance, with guests liable for any difference.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
