Our recently renovated Stoney Creek Lagoons 2 bedroom townhouse sleeps 6.  Our ground level townhome provides easy access with NO stairs to climb after a day of skiing or biking. Great location and well equipped unit with everything you need. Layout of the unit was perfect for our family and exteriors were amazing to walk through when heading out or in from the village. Lagoon adjacent to unit, very well landscaped property. Would highly recommend to stay here and Ian was great to deal with. Bonus: your very own outdoor hot tub to use after a day spent hiking or skiing.

Perfect place for young families

Ian was incredibly prompt and accommodating in his correspondence... seems like a very genuine guy. The property itself is fabulous. We travelled with a 9 month old and 3 year old.

We visit Whistler frequently from Vancouver and this has by far been the most family friendly... it's all on the flat, no dangerous unfixed fixtures for children to knock over etc. You can tell thought went into the furniture for that reason. There was also a high chair available.

I've stayed in whistler at least 20 times and haven't stayed in a place so spacious or well appointed (even accounting for their attention to kid-friendliness). It's with a heavy heart that I leave this review as I'm fearful it'll encourage others to book and stop me availing of it over the winter season.

Ian and Shelly are excellent hosts! The property and location in the village is great. We fit a ford f150 in the parking garage and used the bike cage. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. It was a nice, quiet area. We will be back!

We had a great family vacation here and would love to come back soon! This has been the best place we have stayed in whistler so far in this price range and was perfectly suited for our family with two young boys, 3 and 6. Well equipped kitchen, nicely renovated rooms and bathrooms, had everything we could have wanted. Comfy beds and rustic Canadian decor. What stood out was how clean the place was, no concerns whatsoever with covid-19, phase 3 in effect in BC.

We had a wonderful stay in Whistler during ski season. The townhome is located directly across from the lower village, incredibly convenient to the food and liquor store and all restaurants. Walking to the Main village gondolas is right up the street, maybe a 10 minute level walk, easy. The free bus shuttle is directly across the street. Finally access to the Nordic Center is just down the road too. Perfect location! You really never need a car.

The accommodations were nice. Rooms are a bit small but workable. Beds were quite comfortable and the bathrooms were, as advertised, all remodeled. No shortage of heat or hot water! This is a first floor unit so beware that you might get some light foot noise from above.

Kitchen had everything needed for food prep. They could use a light over the sink and the dining room light is way too bright. But those are minor issues to be sure. Dining room table sat 6 and the tv area was nice. Outdoor grill worked fine too.

Underground parking is warm and safe. The reserved spot might be tight for a larger vehicle but our midsize suv fit in. The hot tub was a nice feature too. It was quite private with only the trees behind the unit.

Overall weâ??ve stayed at several comparable units in the lower village area and this was the best so far. Book with confidence that youâ??ll have a fine accommodation.

The hot tub absolutly great after a day of skiing. Every thing is in a short walking distance, lifts, restaurants, shops, supermarket... perfect, we had a great time in Whistler again. We loved staying in this condo! It was close to the slopes, the supermarket and many bars and restaurants. There were buses close by to go to the heart of Whistler village, Blackcomb and Creekside. We had our own hot tub, comfortable beds, a good size living/dining area and a really well equipped kitchen and laundry. Everything was sparkling clean too.

Great condo for our family of teenagers

This is a spacious and well-presented ground floor condo in very good condition. Owners were very receptive and the stay was trouble-free. It easily accommodated our family of 5 including three teenagers. It is larger than other Whistler condos that we've stayed in with plenty of cupboards for gear and to personal space. The fully functional kitchen allows for full meals if you choose not to eat out. The hot tub is a nice extra after a long day's skiing.

The condo is located towards the bottom end of the Village. It is an easy 10-15 minute downhill walk through the village from the gondola but is a bit far to walk to the slopes in ski boots. The village bus stop is directly across the road and the bus is fairly regular and a 5 min trip to the top of the village. There are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby but it is a quieter and more local vibe than the bar scene up the hill.

I'd recommend this condo if you're happy to sacrifice a little slopeside convenience for a quieter, more comfortable, and probably more economical stay.

Shelley and Ian responded immediately to emails and were friendly and polite. Their townhouse is only a two minute walk to restaurants and the village grocery store. It's an excellent location, just far enough from the noisiness of the main street in town. The townhouse has been recently renovated and is very comfortable and lovely. I would happily stay there again and recommend their accommodation to friends.

Perfect apartment and location. A two minute walk and you are in the Market Place and the start of the Village Stroll with its multitude of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and entertainment.

This place is a gem! We were so close to Whistler Village we didn't drive for half the time we were there. We managed to explore the village with our kids in a relaxing way.

The property was newly renovated, so very modern. The kitchen is well equipped and I cooked many meals during our stay. It was a bit hot during August. There were 2 fans, but it was still very warm.

Mark and April were very responsive when we had questions (before, during and after our stay). They also had great local support when we needed some supplies during our stay. We would definitely return to this property in the future! Thanks, Mark & April for a wonderful time!

Fantastic place in whistler. Don't hesitate a moment to recommend. If your looking for something quiet and close to the village then this is it! 2 bedrooms and ensuite off the master gives everyone lots of room. Hot tub to use is an extra bonus. BBQ on the deck facing a small pond.

Just great. Mark and April are great hosts as well. Even checked in on the first night to ensure everything was ok. Don't hesitate to book this one!

A Great Stay in Whistler

We just returned from a great stay at this property. It is conveniently located in the upper village where it is a short walk to the Village Stroll and to the IGA. The property is very quiet and the bus stop to the village gondolas is just across the street.

The condo is very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated. The kitchen is well stocked and we took advantage of using the BBQ on the front deck. The beds are comfortable with portable fans located in each closet.

The highlight of this condo is the private hot tub located off the second bedroom. We definitely took advantage of this feature when we returned home after each day on the slopes. If you are looking for a quiet, well-equipped and clean condo on your next visit to Whistler, we highly recommend Mark and April's condo.

We plan to return to Whistler next year and we hope that their condo is available.

A beautiful condo within walking distance to anything in the village and ski resort! We took our 2 and 4 year old and they walked everywhere. We really enjoyed the spa! The upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice and the fireplace was perfect for drying out wet snow clothes! The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of extras including a crock pot. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day it was like home!

We cant wait to return to this condo with our friends! We really enjoyed our stay.

This is our second successive stay in the Lagoons with Mark and April.

It is spotlessly clean and comfortable and over the past year has had the benefit of the bathrooms being tastefully refurbished. The owners are very friendly and respond to requests very quickly (even when we realised that we booked the wrong week!) The property is handy for the grocery store (just across the road) and village attractions and you have the option of walking to the lifts through the village, or catching the shuttle bus from the grocery store.

We would strongly recommend this property.

My husband and our friends had a great time at this condo. Location was great - walking distance to the village and supermarket - and very quiet. Kitchen is extremely well equipped with all the needed condiments and spices.

It was a great benefit to have free underground parking for us and and extra one for our friends (first come first serve) for the second spot. Just a minor fix i would recommend - the taps in both washrooms were leaking and the shower in the smaller bathroom was pointed only in one direction so it was a bit challenging to shower there. Our friends used the bathroom in the master bedroom for showers.

Otherwise we had a blast at your condo. Made wonderful meals on the BBQ and relaxed in the hot tub after a lengthy hike.

A perfect Condo by the IGA Market in a quiet but convenient neighborhood. This is a great place to stay, nice open living area, two bedrooms, two bath, hot tub and grill patio, what is not to like. Owners very responsive. We like to walk the village and our favorite little French restaurant is across the street as is the shuttle stop for transportation to the lifts.

We enjoyed our stay in Mark and April's property. As alluraDirect regulars, this is the first time we have been contacted by the owner to check everything was OK. Mark checked whether we had chocolates and a bottle of wine - we hadn't and they duly arrived the next morning.

The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you could need for any cooking that you may do. The condo is handily located with a 10 minute walk to lifts -or the bus stop is across the road. Also perfect for the grocery store.

Watch out Mark and April, we are planning to come back!

This condo is in an excellent location, across the street from the IGA grocery store and the bus stop, at the bottom end of the village. We typically stay in the Benchlands so we can ski in/out, but the convenience of the grocery store, village and bus stop make this location a real winner. Good layout, newer furniture, very convenient access to underground parking.

Owners called us after we arrived, and since we were staying 6 nights they had some mints and a nice bottle of wine waiting for us in the condo. Excellent owners, great location, nice stay.

Very comfortable townhouse with a well-stocked kitchen, more than ample bedding, towels, and very good amenities. The "drying tree racks" in front of the fireplace were fabulous! We had 6 pairs of gloves, balaclavas etc to dry each day so the racks were very much appreciated!

Conveniently located- marketplace is a stone's throw away, lots of great food just across the street! The bus stop is just across the street too- it's barely a 10 minute ride to the lifts/ gondola.

Mark and April are really warm and responsive. Thank you for the chocolates and the bottle of wine! We are coming back!

We've become regulars booking with April and Mark. This is a great unit, well stocked and completely as represented in the listing. Once again we found it very clean upon arrival and experienced no problems during our stay. Some may say the Stoney Creek development is starting to show its age a bit. But when you have owners that have demonstrated their commitment to keeping their unit current, regularly adding or replacing things as needed, you can have confidence you are getting the best value.

During the time we have been renting from the Meeks, they have replaced the hot tub, the dining set, the washer/dryer and lots of little things as well. They seem to make several updates each year and we're confident they will continue to do so. We'll be back!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The utility closet in the entry was being used for summer storage and made it difficult to utilize. We did have a couple of issues during our stay and Mark and April were very responsive and immediately took care of the issue. Conveniently located and easy access to the village...I would recommend this unit to others.

We had a lovely stay in this condo for our annual girls ski trip. The condo was well equipped and conveniently located. The owners were great to work with and they even had a nice bottle of wine and chocolate Waiting for us upon arrival. The only negative (and it's minor) is that the beds and furniture are getting old and really need replacing. Still, I would stay here again.

I've just returned from a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marck and April's property. Their home is very clean and comfortable, and just as described. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were also able to have seven friends over for dinner using all the equipment provided. The townhouse was lovely and warm. Comfortable beds. Convenient washer and dryer. Excellent location with nothing more than ten minutes walk away. Perfect underground parking. Responsive property owners with a welcome telephone call and excellent communications. I would not hesitate to return in the future, nor to recommend this property to future visitors to Whistler.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at the property. It had everything we needed, and the hot tub and fireplace were really nice bonuses. The owners were very kind and responsive, a pleasure to work with. My only constructive criticism would be that in general it's a bit outdated. It could use a fresh take on things like the decor, furniture, and electronics, but that's not to say that the existing stuff is in bad condition or functions poorly. I would definitely stay there again and thought it was a great value!

April and Mark's home was great for our 12 night stay for our family of 5 (parents, 21, 19 and 16yo). It was just as described in their listing, was very well equipped for eating in some nights and the hot tub was a very big hit. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward.

The proximity to Marketplace and the IGA was really helpful as was the bus stop just outside Marketplace where we caught the free shuttle to Skier's Plaza (and the gondolas to Whistler and Blackcomb mountains). We didn't have a car and didn't need one. We walked the scenic Village Stroll through Whistler Village and Village North most nights which gave easy access to all restaurants/pubs with 5-10mins walk. Highly recommended!

Great Condo, Great Value

We can't say enough good things about this condo and the owners. Having stayed in the unit just seven months prior, we were surprised to arrive and find a new dining room set, updated washer and dryer, freshly cleaned drapes and everything exceptionally clean and well-stocked. The location, free underground parking, private hot tub and the overall value make this a great choice. And the Meeks are so responsive and helpful. They even had a very nice cabernet and chocolates to welcome us on arrival. We'll be back for sure!

Great condo, great location. This our second stay at this property and we plan to come again. Mark and April are wonderful to deal with. The condo was well stocked and very clean. The hot tub had been replaced with a newer model since our last stay and was in great shape.

We like the Stoney Creek development. It's very close to groceries, the bus, etc., but quieter than staying in the middle of the village. We've stayed in other units at Stoney Creek but we like this one because it faces into the courtyard and lagoon, which is great on a sunny afternoon.

All in all an excellent combination of comfort, cleanliness and value.

Great value lodging in Whistler!

We were already familiar with the immediate area having stayed in a nearby property a few years ago so we knew where we wanted to be for our 8 night skiing trip. It's in a quiet area but within 10 minutes walk of supermarket, liquor store and , loads of restaurants so park your cark in the underground garage and leave it until the the end of your stay. We had no problems parking our Jeep Cherokee in the allocated parking space, plenty of room!

Mark and April were very responsive to emails both before and after booking and were very quick to solve a few issues for us once we arrived. The arrival instructions were excellent and the unit was clean although a little worn in areas but given the price and location it's excellent value for money.

As others have said it's about 10-12 minutes to the gondolas in ski boot and although the ski bus stop is just across the road (bus number 4) the wait time varied between 5-15 minutes forthe 5 minute ride and then you have a couple minutes walk up and down steps from the transit stop next to the gondola so don't really save much time, just leg work!

Unit is very well equipped although apart from breakfast we ate out each night but there are enough pots n pans to cook full meals quite adequately and some staples supplied in the cupboards was welcome.

Rooms have individual heating controls and beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We were a group of 4 adults and apart from when my daughter and friend joined us for a couple of nights there was plenty of space however space was a little limited when 6 adults occupied the unit but knew this would be the case before booking. They said the sofabed was fine to sleep on The hot tub was very welcome after a hard day skiing and fitted 4 comfortably and washer/dryer was very useful for a midweek ski sock wash!

Would happily stay here again if we return to Whistler - Thanks Mark & April!

Just what we needed for a family of 4 -Recommended

First time at Whistler and we found this location perfect and practical for our family with a 13 and 11 year old. Very conveniently located near the village and especially to the grocery/wine store. Although it was about a 12 walk to the gondolas, we preferred the free bus and it was really easy to go back and forth. We would recommend keeping the skis at the Ski Valet across from the gondola as the fee is nominal(and appears to be fluid) purely for convenience.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for and was quiet. The kitchen was very well equipment and we enjoyed the hot tub. There is some very minor wear and tear but this didn't detract from all the other benefits. Highly recommended.

Great location! Easy access to the ski lifts, via bus, across the street, which comes frequently. Close to shops and restaurants. It was a nice quiet place to relax, with a hot tub right on our own back patio. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Good condo that is very handy. We really enjoyed the location - you could walk anywhere in Whistler Village within about 10 minutes. Starbucks, grocery store, several restaurants and liquor store are literally just across the street.

We checked in at a very busy time and the cleaning crew had missed a few items, but overall this is very well maintained and has everything you want in a condo. I have no complaints about the value received, and the owners were very responsive and organized. Really the only negative we had is this is a first floor condo, and during the entirety of our stay we had a very active family with young kids above us, and they were always running around. We would have enjoyed not being able to hear that throughout our stay.

Another Perfect Stay at the Meek's Whistler Condo

Whistler is an amazing get away!! My family has been staying at this GREAT condo every year for over 10 years, and each time I open the front door it's like going home. Comfortable and inviting with an easy layout, no matter if you are in the living room watching TV, sitting by the fire, in the kitchen, or playing a board game at the dining room table, you don't miss anything.

With the private hot tub off the back patio, and the BBQ grill on the front patio, if we weren't in such an awe inspiring place, we'd just stay in! The master bedroom is cozy with a private bath. The property is in the perfect spot, drive up, park in the underground parking, and never need your car again because you are within an easy walk to the village and slopes. When the pond freezes over, it looks like a winter wonderland. The grocery store is just around the corner, so stocking up is easy.

The Meekâ??s are responsive, thoughtful, and caring hosts, always wanting our stay to be the best. Some years we have a gang, some just my husband and me, but itâ??s always a wonderful stay. Thanks! If you get the change to visit, I highly recommend staying at #2* Stoney Creek Lagoons!

Lovely Unit, Fun Whilstler

This is a lovely and modern unit. It ideally sleeps four (as we were), though I believe there is a sleeper couch for two more guests. Everything is new and modern, even down to comfortable beds and linen. Our interaction with the owners was very pleasant and professional.

The unit is not in the centre of the village but that makes for a nice ten minute walk to the centre of everything. It is across the road from restaurants, a supermarket, coffee shops and a host of others. All in all, we had a great stay.

Meek's Townhouse Rental = Excellent

Very convenient - did not take shuttle - easier to walk in sneakers (carrying boots and helmet) 5 minutes to the gondola. Our rental shop near gondola allowed us to check our skis and poles overnight for free. Put sneakers in small backpack and we were off.

Owners were very responsive (email and phone) and concerned our rental experience was first rate. If you have internet provider phone service in the states, you can use the townhouse Wi-Fi to make free calls (through provider's cell phone app) with your cell phone in airplane mode (cellular turned off) and Wi-Fi turned on. The towels and linens as well as furniture and everything in general was in very good condition. No loud noises in townhouse complex.

Stayed in this condo for 1 week with a total of 3 adults. Plenty of space for three with comfortable room for a few more. Very clean and well stocked in the kitchen for cooking in. The BBQ and private hot tub were great bonuses. Being right outside of the main village means you get no noise at night and are just a few minutes walk from restaurants/shops/lifts. Couldn't ask for a better location. Mark and April are quick to respond to any questions are issues that come up. Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were as stated in the 'Description'. We were a family group of two seniors, four adults and one baby who all agreed we would stay there again. The well-stocked kitchen was appreciated. We all enjoyed the private hot tub. The proximity to the Village and lifts made the location ideal. The owners were exceptionally responsive prior to our stay and very honest about the size of the property for our group. Better than expected - 1 issue

We were pleased with the condo. My group has been renting vacation places in Whistler and other ski vacation locals for more than 20 years. The Meeks condo in the Lagoons development at Whistler is a good value. The layout is perfect for 4 adults. We had no trouble following the detailed instructions to arrive, get parked, and move in. We appreciated that the kitchen was nicely set up - plenty of pots and pans, quality knives, etc. The presence of a good assortment of spices and some staples like canola oil was very helpful. The member of my party that chose to sleep on the sofa bed reported that it was by far the most comfortable he had ever slept on - no bar in his back! The bed I slept in was just about perfect - many places have skimpy bedclothes that can be a bit cool unless you overheat the room. We didn't have any trouble staying warm with the room set to a nice cool sleeping temperature. And there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows for lounging in front of the cozy fire and TV.

The location is just about ideal. Easy to find, but quiet due to being on the outskirts of the main village. It is a very short walk (basically across the street) from the free shuttle bus to the gondola base. And only about 2 city blocks from the grocery store and the north end of the main village.

The one issue we had was the hot-tub. Due to no fault of the owners, the hot tub company didn't ensure that the hot tub was ready for use. The Meeks did what they could and made it right. You can't ask for more than that. I can recommend this place without any hesitation.
