Booking accommodations on alluraDirect is fun, fast, safe and easy! Your payments are processed through a secure credit card system and the reservations are confirmed instantly.
Here is how it works!

2. CHOOSE.Ask yourself: If I can bring anything from my home on vacation with me, what would it be?
3. BOOK.When youre ready to book, click on theReserve Nowbutton to guarantee your space. This is the fastest and safest way to ensure a very smooth, accurate and trouble-free reservation.
Most owners take live, instantly confirmed reservations with credit card payment. Owners who do not take instant bookings just want to get to know your better before sharing their home with you. Once you send an inquiry to them, they will follow up with you personally, before blocking off their calendar and allowing you to pay online.
Reservation Deposit & Balance PaymentWhen reserving online more than 45 days prior to your arrival, the total charge of your booking is split into two installments: 25% due at time of booking, 75% due 45 days prior to arrival.
If you are reserving less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Damage DepositEach owner who lists their property on alluraDirect.com is in control of how they charge a damage deposit. The property you have rented or are considering renting will use one of three possible damage deposit options: before check-in, after departure, or no deposit required.
The damage deposit will be refunded to you directly by the property owner within 15 days of your departure. This will not be a credit to your credit card. Owners usually process refunds via cheque or bank transfer.
Owners reserve the right to charge you in the event that property damage or excessive cleaning costs are incurred as a result of your stay.
