I can't recommend this condo.

I hate to write a bad review but I just have to for this property. As soon as we walked in there was a bad smell. I immediately opened the windows to air out. The smell was not going away. I then smelled the bed comforter and ripped it off because it was bad. I then thought to be safe, wash the sheets so I started taking those off...that's when I saw the fresh pee circles and pubic hair on the fitted sheet below. They didn't bother washing that one? Disgusting!! There wasn't any laundry soap but plenty of old empty boxes so I just put the water on very hot. I emailed the owner and didn't hear back till the next afternoon. They sent someone to put new sheets on and make the bed but I had already done that. They left the smelly comforter in the living room though...ooookaaaay. I went out and tried to find some blankets for purchase and finally found some and paid $100 each. They were small and we needed 2 of them. The place is very dated, the furniture and the carpet smell so bad. Nothing has been updated. I just don't recommend staying there. The locations is alright and they have nice lockers downstairs for skis and stuff but the condo is just not nice. I'd say you get what you pay for because it is on the cheaper side compared to others but with fresh pee puddles and pubes...it should have been free. And to spend an extra $200 on blankets is ridiculous.

Not a luxurious condo but perfectly adequate for comfort and great location for convenience. Worked out really well for us - 5 min. walk to the lifts and bus drop right out front. All staff very courteous and caring. Great - esp. for the price!

Reservation Changes If availability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Housekeeping Complimentary at the end of stay. Additional cleanings can be pre-arranged and subject to guest's expenses.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or invitees of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Will be provided with check-in details.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum 4 people only. Exceeding this capacity will result in eviction.
Parking & Ticketing Secured Underground Parking. Available at a nightly fee
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
