We loved our stay at Winnieâ??s lovely apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was just the right size for our family of three and was very comfortable.

One thing that I really liked was that it was quite dark in the bedroom at night with very little light from outside street lighting. It was also nice and quiet (for the most part) There was one evening where I could hear people in the hallway. However most people staying at this location are very considerate of their neighbours. The bed was super comfortable and our daughter slept well on the sofa bed.

I would have maybe liked some larger microwaveable bowls/casserole dishes and cooking pots but the unit was adequately equipped for cooking.

The lifts are a 10 minute walk in ski boots which we find easy and Deer Lodge is close to some great bars and restaurants. I love Caramba which is right across the Village Stroll. We had a great trip to Whistler and wouldnâ??t hesitate to recommend Winnieâ??s apartment. Thanks again Winnie!

Reservation Changes If availability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Housekeeping Complimentary at the end of stay. Additional cleanings can be pre-arranged and subject to guest's expenses.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or invitees of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Will be provided with check-in details.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum 4 people only. Exceeding this capacity will result in eviction.
Parking & Ticketing Secured Underground Parking. Available at a nightly fee
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
