Great location.

Great location. Mid village and an easy walk to everything. Room was fine could use a little updating. We were a family of 4 and made it work. The fold out bed is horrible. The Murphy bed was fine. Toilet paper holder was broken. It took us a few minutes to figure out the kitchen is stocked because All dishs were in dishwasher. Finding garbage room was an adventure better directions would have been appreciated. I will define toy to back to Whistler not so sure about this condo.

Clean and good value

Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. The air conditioner was also excellent for the heat wave days.

However, there was no way to reduce the fan. The Murphy bed mattress was not comfortable - hard and lumpy. Need some coffee filters. Towels were clean and fluffy. The unit also has paper towel which was running out when we checked in, so would be nice to have the supplies more replenished.

The hot tub is in Eagle Lodge which is a different building, so a bit inconvenient. The bath is nice so we ended up soaking in the bath instead. The high ceiling in the underground parking garage was very helpful. The front desk was also very helpful as well. Overall clean and good value.

Excellent Studio Unit at Deer Lodge

The location was could not have been better for the purpose of my stay. The unit was clean and as I was the only one staying there, it was perfect size. Appliances worked well. Only a couple of minor issues, but nothing that would prevent me from coming back. First; the drinking glasses were covered in hard water stains, could use replacing.

Second; the shower head seemed to have build up of calcium deposit? Could not get it to swivel down. I am six feet tall and the spray from the shower was hitting me in the face when standing at the very back of the tub.

Overall this was a very nice unit, great location and would definitely stay there again.

Reservation Changes If availability permits & in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Housekeeping Complimentary at the end of stay. Additional cleanings can be pre-arranged and subject to guest's expenses.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or invitees of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Will be provided with check-in details.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum 4 people only. Exceeding this capacity will result in eviction.
Parking & Ticketing Secured Underground Parking. Available at a nightly fee
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
