Our Home

Timbers 304 comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 3 separate sleeping areas, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. The master bedroom features an ensuite complete with a relaxing steam shower, while a second full bath ensures everyone has space to refresh. The open-concept living space showcases heated hardwood floors, cozy furnishings, and entertainment options including 3 HDTVs and an Xbox. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, and after a day on the slopes, you can unwind in the private 6-person hot tub or fire up the BBQ on the deck overlooking the mountain scenery.

Building Amenities

Free heated underground parking makes arrivals stress-free, while the fitness room and games room—with table tennis, pool table, and more—offer plenty to do off the slopes. Please Note

OUR HOME COMES EQUIPPED with the following amenities for our guests: fresh linens and bedding, fresh towels for every guest, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, hair dryers, toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid, an assortment of common spices, salt and pepper. WE DO NOT SUPPLY perishables, coffee, tea, sugar, butter or cooking oil. We rented two units and they were in great shape, clean and ready for us on time. Had no issues during our stay and loved the location...pretty much ski in and out. there were plenty of amenities in each unit and in the building to keep us occupied when not skiing. Would highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the TImbers! The location could not have been better, so close to the village and Gondola! It was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, I appreciated that there was some stainless steel frypans along with the non stick ones, the access was easy and the building was super quiet! The hot tub was used each night and was great! We would definitely book again!

We are situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube park, cross country ski trails, snowshoe trails, snowmobile rentals, restaurants, bar and cafeteria. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the Village center ski lifts, restaurants, shops and Kids Centre. Ski in at day's end over the Skiers Bridge or down Happy Valley Way right to the Timbers door!
