The Columbia Ski Club is an extremely active club. They go on countless local ski trips around the Maryland area. As well, they like to venture beyond their borders and organize around 10 major trips per year--even trekking as far as Whistler Blackcomb in search of the freshest powder--and oh they found it!

The Columbia Ski Club, based out of Maryland, is 500+ members strong and growing. The group consists of singles, couples and families, and boast a wide age range from 21 to 99. Impressive!

What Are They Famous For?

Join this "green friendly" ski club and ski with a clear conscience! No, we don't mean the Columbia Ski Club skis in the summer--they have recently made the decision to be more environmentally friendly!  One way they are making a difference is by cutting their monthly printed newsletters in half and offering an online version.  They have also participated in the "Adopt-a-Road" cleanup program in an effort to make our earth a bit greener.  But that doesn't mean they don't love when the hills turn white!
