This condo has a large open concept design. The kitchen, living and dining rooms all occupy a great room with plenty of seating for your group to relax and enjoy the many amenities this unit has to offer. In the central living room, there is a large sectional and a few comfy chairs positioned in front of the 50" 4K UHD TV. Enjoy the entertainment center and cozy gas fireplace while playing games or socializing. Beside the living room we have a large dining table with comfortable seating for 6 and extra room to slide in two more chairs to make it 8. The kitchen bar also has additional seating for another 3 in large comfortable swivel chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped for the Chef in your group! Many unique extras such as an instant pot, slow cooker, sous vide, sandwich grill and much more. Don't forget about the BBQ on the covered deck for those nights you wish to grill something. The three bedrooms offer plenty of space in these large rooms. The King master has it's own ensuite with steam shower, TV and large closets, the Queen room is large and bright with a big lounge chair to relax and read a book or enjoy the view. The bunk room is quite big and has a seating area as well. The room also has a TV and Xbox system for kids and adults alike to enjoy. There are numerous Apple TV devices connected to TV's throughout the unit with plenty of free entertainment options. Last but not least you have your own private hoi tub on your own deck!

Our group of 9 (two families) had a great stay at this Snowbird condo. The condo itself is well maintained and had everything (and beyond) that you would need for a stay. It was also very spacious for two families. Everything is as listed in the property description.
We arrived during Spring Break, during the COVID 19 situation. Within 5 minutes of arriving, the ski hill was closed. However, being locals, we expected this to happen and brought up snowshoes and sleds. Needless to say, we spent a lot of time in the condo itself and on the balcony. When sunny, the balcony is lovely in the afternoon, as it gets direct sun.
The condo is in Happy Valley, just walking distance to the gondola. We didn't have to worry about ski in or out for our trip, but it would be a great ski in location. Not the best ski out location, as it would be a short walk down the road to ride up the gondola. The only negative thing I would say about this place is that the bunk room was very warm. We had 5 kids from age 9-15 sleeping in there and they roasted. The owners must be aware of this, as there is a fan in the room and an extra fan in the master suite. We made use of these and it didn't hinder our stay.

I thought the accommodation was great. Layout makes the space seem larger than it is. Small touches like toothpaste, makeup wipes a bottle of wine and kitchen supplies was something very much noticed and appreciated.
