Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellations made before 14 days prior to arrival: 75% of your initial deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: Deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE. Should you need to cancel your stay you will be issued a credit for future use within one year of the original booking. The credit is for the original total in Canadian dollars and not the the number of nights.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Bike Storage Bike storage is available in the parking garage. Use at your own risk. Bikes are not allowed in the unit.
Check-In Time 4:00pm. Early check-in may be available upon request.
Check-Out Time 10:00am. Late check-out may be available upon request.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be renters responsibility. Any additional cleaning cost will be billed to renter.
Excessive Noise Is not permitted. May result in eviction.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area during and at the end of your stay.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the unit rent. Pool towels are also provided.
Internet Availability & Usage Use at your own risk. Users are responsible for all thier actions
Liability Guest responsibility. We are not responsible for: any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or in any other location in Whistler; lost, stolen, or damaged items of any kind.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Available 24hrs. Locally available.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8. Property sleeps a maximum of 8 people. If any additional people are to be found staying in unit, this may result in eviction.

Property Damage Guest authorizes charges on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Terms of Eviction 24 hour on call security. Guest will be evicted for: excessive noise, disturbing the peace, damage to common or private property.

Guarantees Policies

Reservation Guarantee Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

Our renovated kitchen will keep the gourmet in every group smiling. With plenty of the cooking essetials (pots, pans, utensils, bowls, etc.) creating your own meals is as easy as it is at home. All stainless steel cooking appliances, solid surface granite countertops, tiled backsplash, and garburator make clean-up a snap. The large breakfast bar is the perfect place to sip wine or set up appetizers. When your finished cooking, set the mood with adjustable lighting and under cabinet lights. Load the dishwasher and forget it is there or running, its a Bosch.

24 ft. high vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows bring lots of natural light and an open feel. New air conditioning, flagstone fireplace, supple leather lounge chair, 2 deep sofas (one sleeper), and throw blankets offer a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Entertain yourself with a program on the cable TV, watch a DVD or video, listen to a CD, play one of the supplied board games, or get comfortable with a favorite book. Enjoy spectacular views of mountains, observe the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, or watch other returning from their days adventures.

Dining Area

The dining room joins the open flowing floor plan between the living room and kitchen. The large table has comfortable seating for 8. Stools at breakfast bar add more seating or the perfect spot for smaller, informal meals.

Special Features

We have spent a lot of time and resources to insure that our guest have a great vacation lodging experience. Our newly renovated condo includes many unique features that enabled it to obtain a 4 out of 5 Peaks rating from Tourism Whistler (only full service resort hotels can get a 5), and become one of the top units in the building and on the benchlands. It's spacious, with 24 ft. vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. New air conditioning, slate floors through out the bathrooms, entry, kitchen and dining area. Solid granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Tiled jetted tub/shower enclosure and master bath shower. Conventional full capacity front load washer and dryer (unlike many of the European style washer/dryers that are low suddsing and take 2 hours to dry a pair of gloves), these are the real deal. All stainless steel appliances which include: refridgerator/freezer, convection oven/stove, microwave, and Bosch dishwasher. Flagstone fireplace, lots of comfortable seating, 3 SmartHDTV's (one 55", two 43"), 3 DVD players, Audio/Video Receiver, 2 private balconies, comfortable beds, bath robes, linens, lots of towels. Located on top floor of building enabling incredible mountain views. Overlooks, but not directly over (not as noisy) the year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub.
