Perfect spot!

We are a family of five -with 3 kids under 10 and this home was perfect for us! The kitchen was spatious enough to cook all of our meals and the dishwasher was a huge bonus! The kitchen is well-appointed, the hottub was large and cleaned daily, rooms had nice bedding and there were plenty of towels for showers and hottubbing! The location was great for skiing and access to the village and amenities. TV was easy to use and there were some puzzles and games to play with the kids. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This was the 4th or 5th time our family has stayed at this place and it never disappoints. Location is excellent. The unit sets up well for our family. Privacy and beautiful views from hot tub. Rented this place during Christmas holidays with our children to do some skiing and just be together during the holidays and it was wonderful! Owners were very responsive if there were any questions, it had everything we needed and more. Very close to all amenities. Would stay again! Only thing I would change, and only because we are a big family is either access to a garbage bin or to know where one was, it was our only struggle as we had opened presents there and had quite a bit. But it was fantastic otherwise

Due to Covid-19 Travel restrictions and ongoing uncertainty for the 2020-2021 ski season we will offer a cancelation guarantee to refund all fees less credit card transaction fees (4%) to any Client that is unable to travel to the resort or if the resort closes due to Covid-19 for the period of your booking.

Arrival Days We accept arrivals on any day of the week!.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, Unless booking has a Covid-19 travel restriction Issue. Refunds or portions there of will be refunded based on the number of nights. Refunds will be subject to a 4% credit card cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now. Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7 days/week; therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals!

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-Out Time 10 am-strictly enforced.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund!.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Mistakes happen! If for some reason there has been housekeeping error and the property is not ready upon your arrival at 4 pm PST, or by 8 pm PST, we will refund you for your first night. The property will be promptly cleaned the next day if we are unable to get it cleaned the same day.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies On-call. Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6. Will be evicted if more than 6 overnight occupants
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guest agrees to pay for any damage upon departure. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.
