I'm a super picky person and I rarely leave 5 star reviews but this property warrants it. If I was pressed to find something to comment upon being a "issue" the only thing I could think of is that during our stay there was a couple families renting the upper house portion (we were in the downstairs suite), and at times it sounded like a heard of elephants (they were friendly, nice people, not partying) but the positives far, far out weigh this inconvenience.
Here are a few suggestions for the owner/manager: there was no instructions or perhaps if there was I missed it, on what to do with the garbage bag once it was full or where to put recyclables. A TV in the master bedroom would be a nice touch and a couple of fans for the bedrooms for the summer heat. As the lounge chairs in the living room are much more comfortable than the couch I would switch their locations so people could watch TV on the lounge chairs. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything and anything a person could want or need.
I would definitely recommend this property and should I go to Sun Peaks again this would be my first choice!!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Due to Covid-19 Travel restrictions and ongoing uncertainty for the 2020-2021 ski season we will offer a cancelation guarantee to refund all fees less credit card transaction fees (4%) to any Client that is unable to travel to the resort or if the resort closes due to Covid-19 for the period of your booking.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
Excessive Noise | You will get evicted without a refund!. |
Housekeeping | Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Mistakes happen! If for some reason there has been housekeeping error and the property is not ready upon your arrival at 4 pm PST, or by 8 pm PST, we will refund you for your first night. The property will be promptly cleaned the next day if we are unable to get it cleaned the same day. |
Liability | We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Ski Resort. |
