We had a lovely time at Tracy and Kermit's! While the snow levels were too low when we went to ski in/out - it was only a 5 minute walk to the top of the platter lift (even with the kiddos) which is far easier than loading everyone up in a car. We just skied down to lessons/daycare every morning and the kids were already ready to go.
I think my favourite thing was the uncovered hot tub with a perfect view of Morrisey at night. We got to watch the cats grooming and the kids loved the snow falling on them - most hot tubs are covered by porches/roofs (I understand why), but it ruins those wonderful mountain and star views.
Perfect size for 4 people, kitchen is well stocked with pans/utensils, etc. Excellent hosts as well, we had a very-non-emergency type question and they were quick to respond. Would recommend!

Very well kept suite that is part of a much larger home. Kermit and Tracy are excellent hosts. They communicated very well and took care of some minor issues on Thanksgiving Day very quickly. Unit was perfect for our family of four. It is a smaller place, but still plenty of room to relax. Snow was light so we couldn’t ski in and out until our last day, but the location is nice. Highly recommend this unit and the hosts!

Cancellations Made by Guests | All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee. |

Housekeeping | Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Mistakes happen! If for some reason there has been housekeeping error and the property is not ready upon your arrival at 4 pm PST, or by 8 pm PST, we will refund you for your first night. The property will be promptly cleaned the next day if we are unable to get it cleaned the same day. |
Liability | We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Ski Resort. |
