Great location and very comfortable for a family of three with the two bathrooms, bedrooms and good seating in living room and dining room. Great people watching of the village stroll below from the living room! Many good restaurants and amenities close by. Very appreciative that this is a pet friendly accommodation.

Thank you Dan for having us stay at your property. It's centrally located nearby shops, supermarkets and restaurants, and only 5 mns walk to the ski slopes. The apartment is very cosy and has all the necessary amenities. The Whistler Reception for check-in and check-out is super convenient.

Eagle Lodge is located in the middle of Whistler Village, perfectly located for the lifts, shops and restaurants. However, our condo is located on the North side, so you'll still have a good night's sleep.  On this map (, we are in building 43, overlooking the stream.


Unfortunately our address doesn't come up properly on Google Maps, so please ignore the red pin and look at the blue one.  If you turn on the Satellite view, you'll get a really good idea of where we are!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days There are no restrictions on day of arrival, you're welcome any day of the week!.
Cancellations Made by Guests Due to COVID-19, we are waiving our normal cancellation policy, so if you cancel your booking prior to paying the balance then you can get a full refund. If you cancel after paying the balance then we will happily move your booking to a future date or discuss a refund. ----------------------------- All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Sorry, reservations only held after receipt of deposit. You can book online 24x7 so we operate on a first-come/first-served basis

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without refund of deposit. Guests can rebook dates if still available. Deposit will not be recharged

Reservation Changes If availability permits and in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4pm - strictly enforced. If you need to arrange different check-in/out times then you must let us know at least a week prior to arrival so that we can arrange the cleaning service

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise You will be ejected without any refund.
Housekeeping Complimentary housekeeping provided prior to arrival and after departure. Additional cleaning can be provided if required, at guest's expense
Liability We are not responsible or liable for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests at any time.
Maintenance Emergencies 24/7 in resort maintenance. Emergency housekeeping and maintenance services available 24/7. Contact details will be provided in check-in pack
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people. Parties of 7 or more will be evicted
Parking & Ticketing There is one secure underground parking space for the condo at a cost of CAN$15/night (+7% HST). If you need another space, please let us know in advance and we'll endeavour to accommodate this.

Terms of Eviction 2 complaints will result in eviction by security service with no refund. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common & private property damage, disturbing the peace and any other breach of other policies

2nd floor corner unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Shaped roughly like a pizza slice, with the living and dining areas in the middle, the master bedroom (with ensuite) on the right, the kitchen and the 2nd bedroom on the left and the 2nd bathroom towards the point.

Hi, we're two couples from the UK who visited Whistler in Easter 2004 and loved it! We've been to several French/Austrian ski resorts as well as Lake Tahoe in California and Whistler is by far our favourite. The combination of two great mountains and the atmosphere in the Village is unbeatable.
