If we were lucky enough to live in Whistler, we could quite happily live in this place. Loved it from the moment we walked through the door and saw how spacious and homely it was. One of the largest one bedroom condos we have stayed at in Whistler and there have been quite a few over the past 20 years. We stayed here from New Years Day for a week and wish we could have stayed on for the second week of our holiday, but it had already been booked.
Very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay really enjoyable, including basic essentials in the kitchen such as oil, flour, salt, pepper, coffee, herbs etc - always a welcome addition, rather than having to go out and buy all those things. Nice quiet location and very convenient for the free shuttle bus, plus Market Place for the supermarket and liquor store. A very short walk from the main village centre.

The Valhalla complex is centrally located in Whistler village north. Everything is within easy walking distance. The Whistler marketplace is across the street and includes a large grocery store, liquor store, drug store, restuarants and coffee shops. A free shuttle across the street will get you to the lifts. The entrance is located on the west side of Northlands Blvd. It is the first entruace south of Lorimer Road.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposit payments are non-refundable. We will refund your money if we can replace your rental. Refunds are based on the rebooked rate & based on the number of nights booked; all cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee with a minimum of $40.|
|Delayed Arrivals||No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which may cause you to be delayed|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Local management company rep. Our home has a combination lock. Our local management company contacts you prior to check in with the new combination.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.|

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 11 pm.|

|Liability||We are excluded from liability for personal bodily inujury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.|

Our spacious home, at 930 square feet, has plenty of living space, storage and 1.5 bathrooms. Ski storage and closet are situated right at the entrance. The master bedroom has a large closet and a full ensuite bathroom. The walk-in laundry room has extra storage space for your gear. The kitchen is open concept and adjacent to the dining room and living area. The living area contains comfortable seating around a beautiful fireplace and also contains a large office desk. The living area faces floor-to-ceiling windows and a private patio. The ground level entrance allows or drive up loading/unloading with a free underground parking spot very also very close to the entrance.
