Comfortable at the Legacy complex

Good value accommodation near the Big White Village. Comfortable/clean/warm. We were worried our large Dodge truck won't fit into the garage spot but it was not an issue whatsoever, the garage space was large and easy to maneuver in. Ski lockers are very convenient. Skiing out onto the Hummingbird run is very easy. The accommodation might seem a bit dated to some travelers but that did not take away from a great ski vacation. Overall, we would return to this condo/complex.

Convenient, clean, lower village ski-out condo

This last-minute rental was perfect for our family of three - would accommodate 4 people just fine.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and the pull out sofa had good mattress support and slept well. It was great to have a parking space in the garage and not have to deal with outdoor winter parking. The community hot tub was out of service during out stay, so cannot offer any comments on it. Access to ski lockers was easy, and it was 20-30 steps from there to skiing right down to the Plaza, Ridge Rocket or Snow Ghost chairs.

Overall a great stay at a fantastic family resort. Didn't hurt that we got 40 cm of fresh during our stay!

Recommend this rental. Great value for Big White. Had everything we needed. Owner was great to work with and very accommodating.

Slight issue upon arrival - as the door lock (keypad) was not working (frozen maybe) so we had to wait for the caretaker to let us in and then had to use keys. (Response was very quick.) The other - no fault of the owner, was both hot tubs were not working. Otherwise enjoyed our time there.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise quiet time 11pm to 7 am. eviction after 1 warning
Garbage Removal removed by housekeeping on departure. For longer stays, garbage bin is located in the outdoor parking directly in front of the unit. Guests may dispose of their garbage there rather than letting it accumulate in the unit.
