Great place. Very large. Well outfitted. Manager was available for questions when they arose. Yes this is ski in ski out as advertised.

Larry's place is spectacular.. so much space, incredibly equipped with every comfort in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. So many towels, pillows, blankets, kitchen has everything you need including spices and every cooking utensil possible to feed so many Spotlessly clean and in the perfect ski in and out location. Our family loved staying at Pinnacles 1. The space was amazing and perfect for the multifamily gathering we enjoyed. Lots of room for all, very comfortable beds and sitting areas. Easy ski in-ski out access for those that can ski. It is a little more challenging getting to the magic carpet area for the young children but doable. We would definitely recommend Pinnacles 1 for a Big White holiday.

We absolutely loved this mountain home. It was perfect for our multi- family group. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need. The kids loved the space to gather and play pool or watch a movie after skiing. Everything was fantastic and we would love to come back next year!

The place was awesome and perfect for our group.. easy ski in and out to the lifts, tons of space for the 6 of us and fully equipped kitchen made cooking so easy. Hope to return for 2024.. The unit is huge and much bigger than we anticipated. The new hot tub relaxed the muscles after a long day of skiing. Loved it

What a wonderful long weekend we had in this charming rental! There was so much space and multiple different experiences to be had by everyone (pool, foosball, cozy fire, movie night and hot tub). The kitchen was very well stocked. Made cooking for 10 very easy. The adults and teens, alike, really enjoyed themselves and were more than comfortable. We all loved the heated floors in the bathrooms. And the view!!!!! Wow! We had front row seats for the fun firework show on Saturday night. The ski in/out was so convenient and the village was very easy to get to.

Larry and his wife have done a wonderful job creating a space that is like home and vacation all at the same time. And, they were wonderful hosts to boot! We all hope to return soon!

A lovely inviting place for a large group. There is ample room over the 4 floors for everyone. The open main floor level with kitchen, dining and living area allowed everyone to interact whether in the kitchen or living room. The views are wonderful from sunrise to sunset. The hot tub was beautiful and sparking with an easy to remove cover. One of the nicest we have been in. Excellent large BBQ on the deck off the living room. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we have encountered in a vacation rental. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, knives and all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you could need. The ski racks in the heated garage and the boot/glove dryer by the front door was really appreciated. The host was very responsive to our questions. Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay and would recommend this home.

We just spent 11 nights at the chalet with our two small children (a 3 year old and 3 month old), family, and friends. Working in hospitality in Maui I've seen everything from the smallest budget condo to expansive luxury home. For the cost, this is an excellent value. The ski-in and ski-out worked perfect for us to take turns skiing and watching our kids. Its a bit of an uphill walk through the snow but getting to the village on foot is not a problem in the winter. The layout of two bedrooms each on the bottom two floors and then a top floor master bedroom helped us keep families together while also spacing out. The steam showers and hot tub were great for my tired ski legs. After spending a decade in Colorado and specifically living in the Vail Valley, although not particularly steep, I thought the snow at Big White was incredible, tree runs were fun, and other than a few crowded weekend days we would definitely stay here again if we plan another trip out in the future.

We had a wonderful time at Pinnacles #1!! The pool table was a big hit and the beds were really comfortable! Larry was a great host and was very quick to respond to questions we had. The cabin was awesome and we would definitely be back!

We were so happy to return to Canada to ski at our favorite resort. We had another great stay at Pinnacle 1, other than the weather...yes, now we see where it gets its name "Big White-Out"! In spite of that we had a great week on the slopes, enjoying the hot tub, walks into the village for great food.

This was a return visit for us to Pinnacles 1 - three families of four.

We stayed in this property two years ago, and am happy to say that the high quality has been maintained. The property owner is very attentive, and his maintenance people are kind and responsive.

We were lucky to see some skiing this year during early Spring Break, and very fortunate that we had such a nice home to come back to each day!

We really loved our stay at Big White Ski Resort, and Pinnacle-1 was a great location mid-way down the gondola run. The townhouse was well supplied and a great gathering place. There were a few more stairs with some bedrooms down a third flight which shared a bathroom, and one bedroom up in a loft but other than that it was well represented on the AlluraDirect website! It was hard to find the address on the building when we arrived. The snow was so deep that if there were signs they were buried. BUT WE LOVED OUR STAY!!!

Great property located within walking distance to the Happy Valley gondola and the Village.

Property is exactly what you would hope from a ski chalet - hot tub, great main room, cozy, lots of space for people. The ski out is a small walk up the driveway but we found that we could ski in right to the garage.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends. Great location, good property and good value.

Overall everything was great. Because we hadnâ??t stayed there before we didnâ??t know what to expect but it exceeded any expectations we had.

I think the thing that stood out the most was the fully stocked kitchen with everything you would ever need to prepare any meal for any number of people. So much glassware to choose from, cookware, quality knives, with every appliance you would need. We made smoothies for the group every morning and we just wished the blender was more powerful but at least there was one available. We had a baby with us so it was so nice to have all the amenities we needed such as the high chair, gates and pack and play. We loved the fact that the hot tub was on the main floor so we could all see one another. It was well maintained and we made good use of it. I used the BBQ a few times for big meals and was impressed with its size and heat distribution. We watched a number of movies in the media room and had no problems using the remotes.

The place is enormous with lots of space with so many sleeping arrangements which made it easy to accommodate everyone comfortably. There are so many bathrooms and theyâ??re all modern and up to date with plenty of towels.

There werenâ??t any problems or issues I can think of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the chalet and would recommend it to any large group looking for all the added touches. I wish we could have stayed another week.

Perfect

This is the 3rd time we have rented Larry's house for a ski vacation. We love the house. It is so comfortable and has everything you need. Larry and his management lady are always on hand to help and answer questions. There is plenty of room for 12 people. We typically stay for 10 nights and are always very sad to leave. The huge hot tub is amazing at the end of a long day skiing and there are lots and lots of lovely white fluffy towels.

It is a short walk uphill into the village where there is a small selection of restaurants, a little grocery store, fantastic wine store as well as ski rentals, boot fitting store and the usual store selling everything you might need to ski or board. The ski out from the house can be a little tricky for beginners but usually after a couple of days isn't a problem.

Huge, clean, nicely decorated, lots of comfortable beds, great layout for visiting, great view for fireworks, well stocked and great location. Bonus: LOTS of powder! We would book again.

We have just spent a wonderful Christmas week at Pinnacles. We were a family group of 12, 4 couples 1 adult, 2 older children and a 9 month old baby and the house accommodated as all perfectly. Loads of space and easy for us all to have time out if needed.

We flew in from Australia and Los Angeles and found the house and amenities fantastic, very clean, beautifully appointed and very well stocked with all those things you might need in the kitchen.

We felt so welcome and like the house was our own! I can highly recommend Pinnacles 1 for a skiing holiday at Big White ...the snow was brilliant too!

Thanks so much to Larry and family for allowing us into your beautiful home, we really struggled to leave. From Debbie, Al our 3 adult children and their families, my brother Paul and his family. We hope to come again one day!

We had a terrific stay, as return visitors after a gap of about 10 years. The unit is clean, bright, spacious and extremely well equipped. The kitchen in particular had everything we needed and more, and we did some serious cooking and eating. Views are spectacular. The hot tub and barbecue were well maintained and and in good condition. Ski-in and ski-out are pretty good, though a bit of a challenge for small kids and weaker skiers. Walking access to and from the village is quite straightforward - maybe 10 to 15 minutes. Arrival and departure were dead simple.

Altogether a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed here over the first week of Spring Break with three families and we all had the best time! The house itself was well stocked, furnished, and ready to handle a large group. The view is amazing - we were treated to fireworks on the first night and a panoramic view of the valley all day and night. My only complaint is that it was a bit tricky to access the ski runs. You could either hike down the embankments below the house to rise down to Plaza Chair, or walk above the house to the path that leads to the yellow gondola.

Either way not a big deal and the house is still wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anybody considering a stay at Big White.

We had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back again. We were a group of three families and the house was more than big enough for us all.

This property is FANTASTIC!! The photos really do not do it justice. Upon arrival everything was clean and organized. The chalet is enormous with three levels(plus loft), which is perfect for multiple families as it allows the adults to enjoy the cozy couches and amazing views on the main floor while the kids spend hours playing on a second floor that boasts two games tables and a truly WONDERFUL media room! The beds and bedding were almost too comfortable - hard to leave them to hit the slopes by the end of the week, but with all that fantastic ski terrain just a short distance from this chalet, who could stay inside :)

Kitchen was really well stocked with an abundance of dishes and the hot tub was enjoyed by all given that it was clean and allowed for incredible views.

Would recommend this unit to any large group - ski out is a bit trickier than expected but unit neighbor gave us some advice that helped us find a shortcut :)

We have rented resort homes for over 20 years and by far this was the best place for the value to date.

Pinnacles offered plenty of room for all. We were 10 people (5 adults, and 5 children). We could have easily accommodated another two Adults and a teenager or two on the very comfortable couches. The three master bedrooms were outstanding, the kids bunk house style room was perfect (with four double beds) as was the fifth room with the queen bed. The layout is perfect for family gatherings giving the adults and kids their own play spaces. The beds were very comfortable, the whole place very clean but the best part was the well stocked kitchen.

The owners clearly went above and beyond making sure that regardless of what was on the menu, the appropriate appliance and utensils were readily available. The large dining table was perfect.

Pinnacles will for sure be our go to Big White place from now on.

Our family of 4 arrived early from our flights and was able to check in a bit earlier thanks to their hardworking housekeeper. We were so thankful as we have young children. We enjoyed an amazing bluebird sky with fresh snow for the first few days which was amazing. Family friends joined us for the next few nights and we were then 12 in total.

The kitchen was incredible and fully equipped. The location was great and the view was breathtaking. We all had such a great time and highly recommend staying here. The hosts are also very prompt at responding and the price is quite good for this home. Each room was very comfortable and we all had great sleeps. Many wonderful memories made. Thank you Larry.

This was our second year in a row staying at this location. We have a large family and found this place perfect as we didn’t feel like we were crowded and on top of each other! Good access for skiers/boarders, not bad for walking to the village. I would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed in this lovely home with my family over Christmas, Dec 2017. Great, spacious home- can accommodate a few families traveling together. Plenty of space to entertain guests of all ages. Very well fitted out- clean and comfortable. booking and check-in information was sent out in time, and easy to follow. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen, hot tub, living spaces ... no complaints for all!

Everything was amazing. But it does need a new dishwasher. Cannot wait to book again

Our family absolutely loved our stay in his home. We rented our own place at Whistler for over 25 years sharing wonderful times but decided 10 years ago to give it up and make a change to experience other ski resorts with our family. We have stayed in many different ski resorts with our family, our children and our grandchildren and pinnacles 1 as our accommodation was unanimously our favorite.

We loved everything about it, the decor, the design, the furnishing the classy feel but mostly the warmth of a home!! Location awesome too!! We have tucked away some very special memories. Thank you again for your provision and to Larry and Eva for allowing us the privilege to stay in their home. Hope to return some day. it was awesome!

Very nice home, more space than we needed for a party of 4 adults and could easily accommodate a couple of families. The home exceeded expectations from the photos and description. The kitchen is very well equipped, better than any other home that I have rented - more than needed. A map for the best ski-in/out route would have been a bonus - I think we figured it out. Overall a great place for a ski getaway.

I had the pleasure of being part of a group of 10 (two families) that stayed at Pinnacles for 12 days during January 2017 and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Everything about the property was exactly as it was described, the responsiveness of the owner in the booking process was exceptional and access to the property could not have been easier. The location of the property worked well for the families as access to and from the slopes (and village) was very easy for everyone so going home for lunch or another layer was not an issue. The property easily caters for 10 people and there is enough space to manage a few more if necessary as there is plenty of room to ensure that everyone has some space when needed. The quality of the property is first class and the well equipped kitchen sets a new standard for holiday accommodation as the owner has ensured that every need for a family to truly enjoy a holiday has been supplied. A wonderful residence in a wonderful location creates a holiday experience that will be remembered by the entire family for a long time. Thank you.

This house was amazing! It had so much room for our party of 9. The kids had a great room for watching TV , the games room was a well used room after a day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly want ! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well supplied with towels. Owner was great to deal with and so was the lady who looked after the rental. We hope to return next year to stay at this gorgeous home. 5 nights was not enough looking for a longer visit next time. Thanks for providing a top notch vacation home Larry and family!

Great location, accommodation and amenities. This place was everything it said it was and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great for 2 families to share and the games room was a big bonus for the kids.

The chalet was very comfortable and wonderfully equipped. The proximity to the village was tremendous and the skiing this year was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the different levels of the chalet, the billiards table and the media room; after we figured it out! We would suggest that for ease of operation there should be some instructions posted near the audiovisual equipment.

The only negative that we would point out to any future guests was that the entry level was very small. Trying to squeeze everyone in as they were dressing or removing outerwear was difficult.

Great Stay and great location. Our family had a great time and hope to return.

We came here as a group of couples and two singles in late January 2016. There are four excellent sized bedrooms with either king or queen beds, and another bedroom with two sets of bunk-beds. All the rooms were great, and there are plenty of great updated en-suite washrooms! We were really impressed! The amenities (including the hot tub, fooseball table, and pool table) are exceptionally clean and wonderful. In particular, we loved the main living area which has a wonderful view of the weekend fireworks in the village. PS: the cabin probably needs some new pool cues and a new fooseball which we couldn't find.

Our only challenge was with the ski-in. The ski-out is simple: you walk out the front door of the cabin, and walk down to the trail just below the cabin. It's a 10 step walk and then two minute ski down the bottom or plaza chair or ridge rocket chair. The ski-in is a bit more complicated: there's an unmarked sharp left-turn available off of the wood-cutter run but it takes you onto the road which leads to the front door of the cabin. If you're lucky, the road will be freshly powered; if you're not, you'll have to take your chances with your board/skis or walk about 40 steps down the road back to the cabin. All said, still very very convenient and we would return without hesitation!

Excellent spot for a couple of families. We had a family of 5 plus another family of 4 and another family of 4 joined us for a couple of days. Everyone slept comfortably. The kitchen has two of everything you will ever need plus a third one if you don't like the first two. The view is stunning. The village centre is a short walk. The games room plus the additional media room was a big hit with the kids letting the parents relax by the fire.

Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. This chalet offered the most relaxing stay of any that we have rented over the years. The chalet is so well equipped that it was like being home without the home busyness. Every need was catered to right down to robes and soap in the bathrooms. And the junk drawers full of all manner of stuff we forgot! We rented the chalet for 2 families with 4 children each but ended adding another family of 4 for 2 nights. We slept 16 people very comfortably for those nights. The rest of the time we slept 12 and had so much room it was delightful. The beds and bathrooms, most equipped with steam showers were exceptional. We felt very spoiled. The hot tub on the deck was used everyday and ran like clock work and stayed clean with the help of a maintenance man every 3 days. Worth noting were the lovely views of Happy Valley and the mountains - sunrise, sunset and fireworks on New Years Eve included! The pool table room and the entertainment room were hubs for all 8 kids and we spent a great deal of time enjoying these amenities. The laundry facilities were wonderful to have and we kept up with washing 24 plus towels and such over the time there! The common area and kitchen are as nice and spacious as the pictures suggest. We all congregated here and the kitchen so delighted us that we enjoyed cooking. Every wish for a pot or pan or appliance has been delivered! Very welcome and very gourmet! We took advantage of the fondue pots and had a glorious HUGE fondue New Years Eve. The chalet is truly beautiful and the décor so pleasing that we loved every minute there. The ski in and ski out was OK. We would definitely stay again. Absolutely loved the place. Thank you so much Larry and Eva

This is a wonderful chalet. We stayed here over the Christmas week and it was our first time up at Big White. The chalet is perfectly located with every amenity one could hope for. Larry was very easy to deal with and booking was very easy. The chalet is very well equipped especially the kitchen. The hot tub is also great! Thanks for making our family Christmas such a lovely experience
