We had a great trip. Super great house. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need to settle in and enjoy your time. House was clean and things seemed to be in working order. The owner is very responsive to guest needs. We were planning to stay a month so we had a few questions prior to our arrival and during our stay and we always had an answer super quickly.
We had never been to Big White before, and we really enjoyed our stay. I took a point off for location only because we felt it was a bit of an uphill trek to get to the ski out run. It won't be a big deal for most people, but it's a pain with 3 little kids. All things in though, I don't have anything negative to say about the vacation rental. Also a huge shout of appreciation to the host in their professional approach to dealing with our trip interruption due to the Covid-19 restrictions. We will be back!View Full Review

Location is great, parking a bit of a challenge for visiting guests. Time for some upgrades, hot tub, dishwasher, fireplace was not operative,(certainly not necessary for heating,unit was quite comfortable) Beds were comfortable, but furniture showing its age. We liked this property. It was close to the runs and easy to get back off the ski hill and back right off the run. With more snow it would be ski in. The walking to the run really was very close (1 minute, bit of a hill, but easy enough).
We had enough plates, cutlery, glasses and towels for 10. Few missing items have been reported to the owner, he was receptive to getting these items replaced. The owner answered on the first call. The outside locker for skis was really convenient and reduced the wet mess from melting snow inside. The garage fit our vehicle well and there was still room for skates and snowshoes, leaving more room in the entrance.
The space is well suited for a couple of families to share or those who don't mind sharing bathrooms. Our group 4 couples and 2 kids was comfortable in this space. The hot tub on the deck with amazing views was really convenient and nice perk from the other rental. Bring extra blankets and pillows if you are picky. Loved the nook with fireplace. Kitchen/family room space was perfect.
Local shuttle helps to get you around the mountain. Free ice skating was a hit and the spa was very nice. We love this mountain for skiing as runs are family friendly and still providing pleasure for those with great skill. We would stay again.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

We absolutely loved this property. We stayed here with another family - 10 of us in total with kids included. The hot tub was a big hit and there was lots of room to spread out and not be under each others feet. The beds, despite our first impression, were quite comfortable.
The place is well cared for and the kitchen is well stocked - except for a soup ladle. Our only other complaint would be that there's not great control on the fireplace. It would be really nice if you could have it on separate from the heat, but it only comes on when the thermostat allows it - so one day it wasn't on at all. It seemed that the temperature was hard to control - either too hot or too cold. We couldn't really figure out how to use the system properly. The thermostat should probably be moved to another area of the house and that would help.... but all in all we'd definitely come back here!View Full Review

The condo is in excellent condition and has everything you need to have a great skiing holiday. Treetops location is very convenient for skiing in and out, right by the Mogul Track for access to Perfection for skiing out, then Highway 33 connecting back to the Mogul Track for getting home. Overall our stay was quite good. Whilst the unit is removed from the main village area, the ski in ski out access was good and the shuttle bus service provided by big white provided convenient access to the village. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have a lot of room. The main ensuite is also very spacious and shower pressure is good enough.
In the room for improvement category, the apartment isn't quite as new as it appears in the photos. The dishwasher was old and failed during our stay leaving us to do dishes the old way for a whole week. Hopefully the owner will replace with something new. Also, the towels are almost threadbare and due for replacement. We are uncertain if the cleaners turned up for the mid week clean (we stayed more than 8 days so should have occurred). If they did, they certainly didn't do much.
These issues aside, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.View Full Review

We enjoyed a great week at Tree Tops.
The ski in ski out location is perfect just a short 50m walk to the Mogel Trail for down to lift and ski in from the top of most chairs.
The condo is very well equipped, all the basis essentials like washing powder, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar etc supplied to start you off. Kitchen has everything you need put more!
The not so good bits, the garage is very tight to get into so if you have a big car it can be difficult. People walking around in the condo above can be heard especially in the master bedroom ( they woke us a few times).
