Excellent Aspens Condo

The Aspens is a great property and this condo is excellent. Modern, spacious, well decorated and equipped. Two good bedrooms and bathrooms and an excellent kitchen for self catering. Nice fire and view from the living area. Great for 2 couples.

The owners and local management company were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Unbeatable slopeside location - a true ski in/ski out Condo

Our condo is located right besides the Wizard chairlift from Blackcomb mountain base. Better still - the condo itself can be accessed one metre from the slope (besides one of the three hotubs) - 3 minutes from clicking your skis off to lounging on the sofas besides the fire!

The Aspens development is a short stroll (or fast toboggan) away from Blackcomb base.

Here you will find Whistler Kids Kamp and Whistler Blackcomb Ski School, the spa treatments of Chateau Fairmont, the buzz and mountain-high nachos of Merlins apres ski, a myriad of bars, restaurants and shops.

Whistler Village is a 5-10 minute stroll away in beautiful surroundings - plus there is a regular, reliable and free bus service just outside the Aspens development to take you to Whistler Village.

From the first station off of the Wizard chairlift, skiers and boarders follow Village Run trail (green/beginner level) into Whistler Village base.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Charged at cost .
Excessive Noise Warning will be given by property managers. Eviction will follow if disturbance continues .
Housekeeping Unit is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. Guests cleaning materials are provided free of charge. Additional cleans are availabe at extra cost
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property .
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour service . Telephone numbers are in our detailed information folder

Property Damage Guests will pay for all damage incurred while staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest . You accept our guest stay contract by making a reservation, and therefore agree to pay us for all damages incurred during your stay.

We are Sandra and Jim Lawlor and family from Loughton in England. We came to Whistler on holiday, fell in love with the place and knew we would be back on a regular basis so decided to buy. This is our home in Canada, and we aim to make it a place you will regard as your home in Whistler as well. If there is something you think we can do to improve the place then please let us know. When we first saw the property we instantly fell in love with the location and on site facilities. The three hot tubs and large swimming pool are perfect for both winter and summer and its TRUE SKI IN / SKI OUT location means you can enjoy a drink in the hot tub while watching skiers go past. The condo has worked perfectly for us as a growing family and our two granddaughters love the condo as much as we do.

Having undergone a huge refurbishment in late 2016 our condo is simply a cut above the rest.
