There is so much to do in Whistler and our condo is in an ideal location in winter and summer. If you are here to ski, there is a free shuttle that takes you to the lifts, the Upper Village and Whistler Village in 5-10 minutes. There is also a ski home trail from Blackcomb called the "Home Run" trail. If you feel like cross country skiing were right on the Valley Trail and Lost Lake Trail system. In the summer we are a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. And better still, were a 5 minute walk to Lost Lake, for swimming, walking, cycling and sunbathing.

Please note that effective July 2018, the complex in which my condo is located became "NON SMOKING".  There is no smoking allowed inside or outside my property.

Perfect Condo for large families, great layout and very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need to prepare meals, and it's very nice to have a washer and dryer on the first floor. It's about a one minute walk to the bus stop, we liked getting off the bus after 3 stops at Painted Cliffs drive and skiing down to Blackcomb base gondola. The Home Run trail is a great way to ski back in to the condo at the end of the day. The owner Stephanie is very responsive and a wonderful host.

Our townhouse is well stocked to ensure that you are comfortable throughout your stay.  We have a good selection of movies, books and CDs so there is plenty to do while you relax in front of the fire.

Our home is located just steps from the free shuttle that takes you to the shops, restaurants, valley trail, parks, lakes and alpine lifts! *Blackcomb Base: less than 10 minute walk , or ski to the lifts. *Whistler Village Base: less than 15 minute walk *Parks and Lakes: less than 1 minute walk. Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable unless your reservation can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked and the rebook rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals We are not responsible for late arrivals. No refunds will be issued
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information E-mailed when balance of payment is paid. Access code is emailed 5 days in advance of arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.
Housekeeping Clean when you check in. Any stays of over 7 days will receive a linen change once every 7 days. Daily cleaning can be arranged for a charge.
Liability We are not responsible for any injuries to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property.

Property Details

Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse that sleeps 8 comfortably with over 1600 square feet.  On the ground floor, there is a large front entryway, with plenty of space for your ski boots, helmets and gloves.  From the entryway there is access to the garage, a large laundry room, queen bedroom, family bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom. On the upper level is a living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room and master bedroom with ensuite bath. There is a private garage for storage of skis and boards or bikes.  Our home is professionally decorated with slate, Douglas fir hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, wood blinds and new furniture.  There is a large shared hottub close to our home.
