Our large comfortable one bedroom, ground level condo is located in the Gables – one of the best locations in Whistler. Situated between both the Upper and Main village, it is a short 3 minute walk to either the Blackcomb or Whistler lifts. It occupies 4 people comfortably and is strictly non-smoking.

Comfy home. Decor a bit dated. No leave luggage.

It's 3-5 minute walk from Blackcomb base. We got this literally at the same price as a ski in and out condo at Blackcomb. Only this condo has a bigger living area space. There were instructions to the condo although we needed to clarify the parking situation and housekeeping with the owners.

The condo was clean. Well equipped. As mentioned by other reviewers some of the kitchen and bathroom amenities were starting to look dated. But everything worked. We didn't try the hot tub function of the bath.

There was a log fire which came with 2 complimentary logs. To be honest it didn't really produce much heat and the central heating was more than able to heat up the place! We are reasonably happy with our stay. One thing we were caught out with is with the concierge. We didn't drive to Whistler (took the coach) and assumed we could leave luggage before the check in time of 4pm and booked to ski. Unfortunately the concierge has not been paid to handle luggage so we had to deposit our luggage at the UPS store which is 15 mins walk away. There is a surprising lack of venue to store luggage in Whistler, but regardless it should be made clear to people looking to stay here that leave luggage is not possible.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are non-refundable. We will refund your money if we can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate and based on the number of nights re-booked; all cancellation refunds are subject to a 5% cancelllation fee.

Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Reservation Changes If availability permits, and in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your stay, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; If you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened stay.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise Please note that excessive noise is possible cause for eviction.
Housekeeping Complimentary; Guests will pay for any excessive cleaning charges due to extraordinary uncleanliness or property disarray. Complete list of emergency contacts are provided for booked guests.
Internet Availability & Usage Free internet provided via both wired and wireless connection.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily inujury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hours. Complete list of emergency contacts are provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 perople overnite. Strictly enforced
Parking & Ticketing Always display the parking permit
Property Damage Guests will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the preoperty, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest; Guest will pay for any excessive cleaning chargeds. By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur. Please enjoy your stay , but respect our property.

Property Details

This 700 sq ft ground level townhouse will accommodate up to 4 guests. You enter thru the foyer/mud room, which is a separate room for storage of skiis, gear, and outerwear, as well as wet gear. The kitchen and dining areas open onto each other. The sunken living room contains a log burning fireplace and sliding glass doors which lead to a private deck. The bedroom has an excellent queen bed. A bath with a Jacuzzi tub completes the townhouse.
