It was a great stay! Very spacious and super close to both bases. Fireplace was great for a after a long day of skiiing. Patio is quite big and would be great in the summer.

Access to the mountains is super easy by using the shuttle that runs throughout the village every 10-15mins or so.

Definitely would recommend, we will be back!

Comfortable Condo buyt slippery paths

The condo was comfortable and convenient. I have a comment for the facility in that the shoveling and de-icing was very poor. Anyone with any type of mobility issue beware the slippery walks and stairs. I fell once just outside on the path to the car.

We loved this unit. Clean, great kitchen, good amenities, nice living room, etc, etc. No condiments in fridge, although I think that's common now. Location is good and love the bus system although unit is at far end of complex. Great garage with wide spots. Unit comes with 2 parking passes! With all that said, I'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it!!

We had a wonderful stay, two couples so 4 adults. First time at Whistler in the summer and there was so much to do, biking, hiking, etc.. Great location, clean, comfortable and host was very responsive to any questions or requests we had.

Take note that second bedroom is actually a den without windows so can be a little warm/stuffy in the summer but keeping the bedroom door open helped. Cozy but very comfortable. We brought an electric kettle because we are just accustomed to that but there was a teapot and coffee maker and most everything you could want in the well equipped kitchen. Had a great time.

The owner or manager has a big heart. He let us checked in really early. Responds quickly and very considerate. There was a washer and dyer which is a plus. We stayed at this condo over spring break for 4 nights. We have two sons and one had the bedroom while the other used the sleeper sofa. Most sleepers can be very uncomfortable but he liked sleeping there and the bed linens were very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The property was very clean and we appreciated the foyer area to leave boots and shoes. It was a little tricky walking through the snow from the parking garage to the property but we only parked when we checked in and walked everywhere the rest of the time. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was warm, lovely and clean, well stocked with utensils, loved the under floor heating in hallway, kitchen and bathroom, fire was nice in the evenings. Took a while to find the apartment on arrival in the dark due to apartment number configuration but once settled in no problem, will stay again and have already recommended.

Very nice place, great value. We travel to Whistler a few times a year so we are pretty familiar with the rental market.

This place was very clean, nicely decorated. Kitchen well stocked with nice pans (though no coffee filters, we borrowed from friends). Beds were very comfortable, linens high quality. Location is not ski in/ski out, but we were ok with that for the price. Owners very, very responsive with any questions, etc.

Only place I've ever stayed in that did not have a pool or hot tub, but we were ok with that. I would definitely rent again!

Exceptional unit in Blackcomb Benchlands

This is one of the nicest (if not the nicest) units that I have stayed in at Whistler-Blackcomb. It has a stone gas fireplace, heated slate floors, stainless steel kitchen appliances and wood cabinetry as well as wireless internet and cable TV. It is located away from the action in Whistler Village, but it is quiet and private. You can take the (free) #5 shuttle bus to get to the village and ski lifts. The owners have a lot of pride in the quality of this unit. I have stayed at this unit twice and am able to highly recommend it.

As soon as we enter the condo, we can see the care and pride the owners put into their vacation property. Shoes in the foyer keeps the condo clean and mud-free, the way we would maintain our own home.

Fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans and sharp, high quality knives make cooking at home such a joy. Spacious bathroom with plush towels and strong shower complete our ski day perfectly. The beds are soft and comfortable, and there are plenty of storage for our clothes. Love the Tom Clancy books; too bad I didn't have time to finish reading. Initial access to the condo was a little tedious but in all we had a wonderful stay here.

I would highly recommend this vacation property!

Our family of 5 just stayed here for 3 days and loved the unit. The decor is very nice inside and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Quality contents from bedding/towels to kitchen utensils. The location worked out great as we had a short path to the bus stop just outside the door. They had over height outdoor parking available for our SUV with a roof top carrier (it is on a first come basis the owner can explain how it works) The beds were comfortable including the sofa bed. I would highly recommend this unit.

Nicely furnished; attractive spaces; quiet. Not the closest location but an excellent value. As I was leaving I met a skier who explained options for walking to Blackcomb (as opposed to shuttle): Take a left out the front door to the fork and either bear right, walk to crosswalk, put skis on after crossing road OR bear left, walk up a little, ski down to crosswalk and take skis off to cross the road. Would be helpful to provide these directions as well as instructions for heating, fireplace remote conrtrol, and various media remotes.

Great value near Blackcomb Mountain

Overall, the condo suited all of our needs. Good value for the price and the owner was super responsive and helpful. We even had to change our travel dates and she accommodated our request without any additional fees. The condo was cozy and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. The kitchen had all of the basic amenities needed to prepare meals. Great fireplace and seating area in the living room for relaxing in the evening.

It was close to the Chateau Whistler and the base of Blackcomb Mtn, but the ski-in/ski-out path is not actually close to the condo. It is a bit of a walk and difficult to find. You cannot really ski toward the hill in the morning, but it is fairly easy to ski-out part of the way back to the condo. You will have to walk once you hit the road.

Some small recommendations: Better instructions for the ski-in/ski-out path would be helpful as it was rather difficult to find. I would also call it a "mountain access" path, rather than ski-in/ski-out as it's not really the case. We couldn't find the 'one' extra roll of toilet paper. We felt that basic toiletry products should be provided and restocked, as they are in most other properties we've stayed in. The hand soap and dish soap should be restocked, toilet paper should be easy to find under the bathroom sink.

It's perfect for two couples (two comfortable queen size beds, the kitchen has everything you needs, and the living area is very comfortable with a nice fireplace. Hi - loved your spot in the Benchlands - just have a few comments that I think I already reported. The front door opening procedure was well documented, however, the closing process was not..... so it made for much fumbling due to the fact that we were the first to use it?? Also, very nice new gas fireplace installed but no pilot light was on, so we had to find the book of info and then fumble with it until we got it lit. May need to talk to Valor about the logic of turning on the fireplace by pushing the OFF button with the large flame - somehow an ON button would be more logical. Snow is so high on the deck that it is blocking light, and even pushing on the windows, so you might want someone to do some shovelling so you don't lose your window in the bedroom. Otherwise a great spot and we would be back. Thanks...Linda Drake

We enjoyed the decor and amenities in the townhouse. Beautiful decor and art. The heated floors were great to assist in drying boots. I did find a few areas that could have been dusted more thoroughly like the bedside table lamp and a few cobwebs on light fixtures. Bed was comfortable. Bedding was great, pillows could use washable covers to protect from staining. Mattress pad on the bed could be replaced. Apparently the sofa bed was not comfortable at all and the young athlete that stayed with us put the mattress directly on the area carpet in efforts to make it more comfortable. It could have used a topper to improve comfort or a thick padded mattress cover. There were some parts and pieces of sofa bed and food crumbs lying on the mattress and underneath when we opened it up. One of the beautiful sauce pans hanging on the rack was dirty when we arrived.(likely left from a past guest) The facility was difficult to navigate in the dark upon our arrival but owner directions were very good. (we all arrived later due to road closure) The pathway from garage was snow and ice covered and also had a large puddle the first night we had to walk through on our way to and from the condo unloading our considerable amount of gear and food. This was much improved the next day partly due to colder weather partly due to maintenance. Upon arriving and right through our stay the stairwell from the garage had several bags of household garbage in it. We were always rushing to and from facility to races and to prepare meals so I did not find time to call maintenance. I assumed someone would do a walk through of facility and clean it up. The parking was convenient for both over height and regular sized vehicles thank you to Kim and John for making last minute arrangements for our coach to park the large suv. I appreciated their quick communications on a number of occasions prior to our stay. Five adults stayed in the condo. Only one face cloth but enough beautiful thick towels.

This condo presents strong value. We would not hesitate to rent it again or recommend it to others. It was very clean, comfortable and modern. The directions to the unit upon arrival may seem a bit confusing due to the setup of the complex, but if you follow them as written by the owners, you will have no issue locating the unit.

It's a bit of a distance from the base of Blackcomb & there was not enough snow on the ground for this to be a ski in/out unit when we were there. It would be nice if the kitchen had a few more supplies in it, it was bare but understandably so. Overall; highly recommended!

The place doesn't seem like it was properly cleaned after the last user. There were garbage underneath the sofa and crumbs on the carpet. The sofa bed was also very dirty, so we didn't't even bother pulling it out.

It will also be great to provide a detailed map of where the unit is located. It was like a maze in the dark.

Everything else was good aside from the cleanliness. Good location, everything seems newly renovated, the owner responded within timely manner to our needs.

We stayed here over the MLK weekend. The property is above average in terms of attractiveness: heated slate flooring through, stone wood burning fireplace, spaciousness, comfortable beds, higher quality kitchen appliances, etc. It is significantly better than the average Whistler condo unit. One drawback is the walk to the bus stop is about 50 yards, although this didn't detract from our enjoyment of the property. I would stay here again.

Great inside, but patio not useable!

This was the 3rd visit for my daughter and her family. They love your place, but we're dissapointed AGAIN ( I have mentioned this in my last 2 reviews ) that they could not use your patio for meals with the kids. It is dirty, full of weeds and no table to sit around. Of the 5 places in the Villas we rented for our family on this year's gathering, yours was the only one without a usable patio.

Also, your TV is not working ..... Not a big deal but they did want to catch up on the ball games and use for cartoons for the kids. if you could let me know if you can correct these issues, we would love to rent again next year.

We loved this unit but a few maintenance items: In the master bedroom, the fire sprinkler in the closet has a slow leak. Someone had put a bowl under it prior to our arrival, but my friend that had that room said it made the closet smell musty so he didn't want to put his clothes in there. Also, there were two lights out in the bathroom- over the tub and just outside the water heater closet, I found one spare that fit in the shower can. Other light is still out. On day three the light in the ski room burned out, I found a spare for that but all spares except the kitchen halogens are now used up,
