This place was very spacious with the two units joined together. A full fridge made a big difference when planning a pot luck for my group. Kitchen was fully stocked. I would highly recommend this place. Facilities were great with two hot tubs (although one hot tub was cold), a pool, and very convenient storage for skis/boards. Our policies are firm and will require your acceptance when you choose to book our home. Please ensure that you read them carefully and contact us if you should have any questions or concerns about them. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable. Damage deposit - please read carefully as there is a zero tolerance policy for excessive cleaning and any damage to the property on departure ( including carpet).
Excessive cleaning costs will be charged back to clients and they are charged to your damage deposit. A standard clean for this property of 5 hours is included on your nightly rate. If on departure the cleaning exceeds 5 hours this cost will be chaged at an hourly rate of $35 Cdn plus gst tax back to the guest. The cleaning company inform owners and we advise guests if the cleaning was excessive and what if so what charges will apply.
We pre approve a damage deposit for the amount of $500 This is activated at the front desk on arrival/check-in by staff. This is not charged at all, this is an approval only. On departure should there be any damage to the property the client will be contacted bu us regarding damage and outcome. If you have any questions regarding this please dont hesiate to contact us prior to your departure. Pease make life easier by discussing any damage that may have occurred prior to check-out. Excessive cleaning will be charged back to the client accordingly.

Guest Stay Policies

|Liability||The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands|

|Noise Restrictions||Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.|
|Parking & Ticketing||Parking is secure and underground, organized on check-in at the front desk of the Glacier Lodge. . Cost of parking is $20 Canadian dollars daily (approx $15US as of September 2018). Cheaper rates available for longer stays. (Parking fees are charged throughout the resort in all the Hotels & Lodges) On arrival guests can unpack their vehicle at the front entrance of the lodge, proceed to front desk for parking information and payment. Luggage trolleys available. All skis and snow boards are to be checked in at the Valet on the ground level near the front desk. Please ask our staff for details where required.|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tennants or guest of tennants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur. An approvalof $1200 covers any damage that may occur to our laptop, plasma TV and our property contents|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||This property is zoned for nightly rentals.|

Furthermore, we found it to be extremely clean! The beds were so comfortable. We were 7 of us and we did not feel crowded. Everyone had his own space. The location was also great since we could walk and have lunch at the condo the day we went skiing. We enjoyed immensely our stay. .August 20011: Thank you! Just a quick note of thanks for giving us an opportunity to stay in your condo in Whistler. It more than met our expectations, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the accomodationsl. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Unfortunately, our time passed all too quickly and we had to make the trek back home yesterday. I just wanted to let you know we had an excellent time.
