Fantastic place to stay

Having stayed in several properties in Glacier Lodge, this was certainly the most spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We love the location of Glacier Lodge, being on the quieter Blackcomb side but then only a 10 minute walk into Whistler town. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Spacious and fully loaded apartment

This place was very spacious with the two units joined together. A full fridge made a big difference when planning a pot luck for my group. Kitchen was fully stocked. I would highly recommend this place. Facilities were great with two hot tubs (although one hot tub was cold), a pool, and very convenient storage for skis/boards. Thanks for a great place for my group!

The apartment was perfect for our stay, and as a consequence we had a fantastic holiday in Whistler with our 17 friends (who, incidentally, were also all staying at Glacier Lodge!) Having stayed in GL on previous occasions we knew that the location was ideal to access the town and the slopes. We will be back !

The owner of the property was very helpful and communicated well with me. Peter had mentioned that he would text me when the room was cleaned as we were hoping to get in a little early so we could ski that afternoon. The front desk explained to me that there had been an accident involving a cleaning crew so other crews had to step in and help out which made it very understandable that we could not check in early.

The unit was quite basic compared to what we are used to for the price. A few of the dishes in the cupboard were not clean and I also understand that due to the original cleaning crew not being available.

The location was fantastic and we all had an awesome time. We could take a shuttle into the village which was so convenient. We love Whistler and hope to return next year. Many thanks Peter. Carol

The location is wonderful, convenient to every where; only I would like to point out is 2 bathrooms (hot water) cannot enough for 8 persons keep continue to use, will need to wait around 15~20 minutes for water boiling for after 2~3 persons shower, only 1 hair dryer to use, dinning table only with 7 chairs.

Overall the unit location is the number# 1 and easy to get check in to the unit.

The unit is very spacious but needs updating. There needs to be more hooks by the door for wet ski jackets, pants, etc. We couldn't get the DVD player to work in the living room. We loved the location and amenities of the lodge....pool and hot tub were great.

The location is fabulous. We were 7 men and found it tight around the dining room table and in the kitchen. We loved the facility especially the ski storage privileges in the rental shop? We will likely book again next year.

Comfortable 'home away from home'

We were a family of 6 adults and 1 baby visiting Whistler and loved the fact that we found such a homely place to stay whilst visiting our daughter who was working in Whistler. Even though it is advertised as a 2 bedroom plus loft - it is more like 3 main bedrooms as they were fairly spacious. The 2 bathrooms also came in very handy.

Loved the ambiance of the fireplace and the fact that the balcony and windows faced the plaza leading up to the base of Blackcomb mountain. The skiers in our family made use of being so close to the mountain. The main Whistler village was only a 10 minute walk which we enjoyed doing every day. Even though we had 2 cars, we hardly used them.

Thanks to the owners, Anne and Peter, for being so prompt with email replies. We would definitely recommend the apartment for a group of 6 adults

The property is located right at the base of Blackcomb Mountain just steps from the lifts. Being at the base of the mountain places in a very quiet area however you have many of the amenities (shops, dining etc) within steps of the complex or you are a short 5 min walk into the Village.
