Great space in quiet neighborhood

We have stayed in the Montebello complex before and it is a great location just on the edge of the Village and is great for larger groups. This property is organized and set up well with lots of bedding/sleeping arrangements and the kitchen is well stocked with most everything you need. The rear of the property sits up against some woods, so it feels a little more secluded than other properties in the complex.

The private hot tub is great to have, although any more than 4 people would be tough to fit in there. The trash/recycle/compost area is close by and guest parking spots are close as well. An easy 5 minute walk puts you at the Marketplace and northern edge of the Village. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future accommodations.

This neighborhood is my favorite. Close enough to town for an easy walk, but far enough away to not feel hectic. And it's just simply nice with green space and trees.

60th Birthday

This property is wonderful! It was perfect for our family group of four couples and a baby. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, dishes, and glassware needed. There were plenty of bathrooms for us all. The distance to walk to the village was very manageable. It took about 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace. There are two close buses; the 32 for $2.50 and the 4 for free.

The only negative was that I had emailed (2 times) a request for the twin beds to be made into a king before we arrived, and it wasnâ??t done. We ended up doing it ourselves the second day when the correct linens were delivered. It would have been much more convenient had it been done ahead, as requested.

The views are really nice! The condo is just as described online. I would stay here again; it is a great place.

Perfect vacation home for a ski vacation!

We spent 4 nights in this house on a recent family (plus a few significant others) vacation. It was absolutely perfect for us!

The house was very clean and is well furnished with nice linens and plenty of towels. The kitchen has high end appliances and is better equipped than mine at home. There were 10 of us total and we never felt crowded. It was also very nice having the extra half bath as two of my kids slept on the sofa bed in the den and were able to use that bathroom. Itâ??s an easy walk to the grocery store and to Whistler Village if you donâ??t want to wait for the bus. The description provided by the owners was very accurate but even better than described.

I would highly recommend Whistler as a ski destination and this house as the place to stay. Best ski trip weâ??ve ever taken!! We hope to return soon!!

We had 3 small families traveling together. This home was perfect for us. The kids loved the extra bedroom that they called their 'bro cave' for watching movies and playing games. The adults loved the common areas for relaxing and playing games as well. The short walk to the villiage was a little tough for a toddler, but the slightly older kids were just fine. Pulling the toddler to the village on a sled was a perfect solution for all. We would love to stay at this property again in the future! Thank you!

Dear Sue and Steve - Just wanted to thank you for allowing our families to enjoy your home in Whistler during the Christmas and New Year 2016/17 it help make a magical time for us all.

From the very start with the extremely accurate information given about the property and location we were only impressed. The regular and detailed information given prior to our arrival helped us plan a 'Special' holiday. We were two families with 3 generations staying at Montebello and the house was perfect with sufficient space to cater for everyones needs. We experienced a high quality holiday that left everyone of our party feeling extremely happy and very sad to leave. The house itself was perfect - clean, modern, quality - what we expected and it delivered on all aspects. The location with the views of the mountains was breath taking - we experiences some great weather from severe snow storm one evening to sunshine on days where the skiing was superb.

Having a car helped us to maximise the house location and the Whistler experience - which everyone in our party just loved!!!!

I can only thank the owners for their help in making our family Christmas Holiday and New year exceptional - looking forward to the next time!

Wonderful Whistler!

I have one question. How could you visit Whistler and not have a wonderful, magical, memorable time? Next to impossible. Our visit was beyond our expectations on all levels. We arrived late as we trekked from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and it was a great relief to see such beautiful accommodations albeit a little further from the village than I expected but still very doable and we did find the free parking lot on Glacier Rd.

Montebello accommodations were very clean and welcoming. The heated floors were great especially for my cold toes after a day of skiing! We had 9 in our group and since 7 were guys it was hard to accommodate sleeping but we managed.

The hot tub was put to good use and a nice amenity to have. Cooking a meal was easy in the well equipped kitchen although a new non stick skillet is highly recommended. The queen bed in my room was very comfortable especially after a long day on the slopes it was easy to melt into it. I would have liked to have had a mirror in that room as I was sharing the bathroom with once again all the guys.

Overall, a great, great, great! vacation and looking forward to a return sooner than later. Thanks Sue and Steve for helping make our Whistler vacation one to remember!

Everything about this unit was great, from location to the spaciousness of the unit to the use of the garage (for storing our bikes). Worked out really well for 2 families to stay. Really liked that we could have the twin beds in the one bedroom with the ensuite pushed together to make a second master, so that both sets of parents had ensuites. Two older kids shared one bedroom and the 2 smaller ones shared the comfy pullout in the den.

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and nice that the dining table could accommodate all 8 of us. Sue & Steve were excellent hosts to deal with - thank you!!

We will definitely stay there again!
