Special COVID 19 measures: To protect our guests we commit that the townhome will be vacant for at least one and a half days prior to your arrival.  Also, our cleaners complete extra cleaning and disinfecting of all reachable kitchen and bathroom surfaces, plus surfaces normally touched such as door knobs, light switches, cupboard handles and handrails.  The advantage of our self-contained townhome is socially distancing from numerous hotel and restaurant patrons.

This neighborhood is my favorite. Close enough to town for an easy walk, but far enough away to not feel hectic. And it's just simply nice with green space and trees.

The owners were accommodating and friendly. The place was clean and very nice.

I would happily stay here again.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be refunded. To claim this refund review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. All refunds will have a 5% processing fee applied to cover the cost of the refund transactions. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise after 10 pm is not allowed. This is monitered and can result in a Strata fine of $200 payable by the registered guest. Respect the privacy of neighbours
Housekeeping Mid-stay clean is available on request for standard fee. Charge of $200 if stay is less than 3 nights.
Liability We are not responsible for any personal injury or damage to personal property. This includes guests invited over

This 2 level townhome is 1600 sq. ft in size. Located on the main floor are 2 bedrooms, plus den/bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, laundry facilities, and sliding door out to the private hot tub. The main living space is on the second level with high vaulted ceilings, the living room, dining room, kitchen, private deck, upper master bedroom with full ensuite and another half bathroom.

We are a family of four who live in the Vancouver area and have been enjoying Whistler for over 25 years. Owning a beautiful 'home away from home' in Whistler has been a dream come true. In the winter we love skiing and snowboarding both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains and in summer we enjoy mountain biking, hiking, kayaking and playing tennis.
