Nice condo

This is a nice condo. The kitchen was better stocked than most places we've stayed at Whistler; it had lots of spices, condiments, and sauces available.

The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We had booked this condo for the two weeks before Christmas, but cancelled because of the lack of snow. The owner rented it out for a few days during our planned stay and forwarded to us the rental fee he received. In addition, he gave us a substantial discount on a week in March. Unfortunately, this coincided with the COVID-19 outbreak, and Whistler was closed a couple days after we arrived.

We would definitely try again if there is not another pandemic during our planned stay.

Great 1st time Whistler experience. The condo has a super convenient location with bus (free in the village) stop in front of it and trail to ski or walk to Blackcomb Gondola right across street. Having basic supplies in kitchen (coffee, tea, some herbs, oil, etc.) was really helpful so we didn't have to buy everything we needed. Gas fireplace was nice. Bed was super comfy and sofa bed was decent. Kitchen is well supplied with china, utensils, etc. Shared hot tub was nice but was usually crowded during apres ski hours so go early if possible (location on same floor as condo makes it easy to use).

We thought it was an excellent value compared to other options we had considered and flexibility in AlluraDirect deposit policy was much better than AirB&B or other reservation systems. Front desk people were helpful with general questions and they have discount cards for Spicy Sports (rental, tuning, etc.) located at Blackcomb base.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Reservation Changes Subject to availability in accordance with our cancellation policy. If length of visit is shortened or cancelled and full payment is made the unused nights are nonrefundable.
Reservation Transfers & Re-sale by Guests Reservation transfers or re-sale of our home is strictly prohibited and subject to forfeiture of deposit and/or balance of monies paid.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Check-Out Time 10am. Strictly enforced in winter season, check at time of booking for other seasons
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Before & after your stay. Upon request, a complimentary fresh towel exchange & garbage removal mid stay for a booking of 6 nights or more will be provided. You may request a mid stay tidy & linen change for an additional charge of $ 55. For a 6 night stay or longer.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home while in transit to/from or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Numbers will be provided. Do not disturb the front desk in our building, they are a private company operating in our building that we are not a part of.

About Us

We live in Vancouver ( a 1 1/2 hr. drive to Whistler) Mike has been skiing in Whistler since the 70's(before there was a Blackcomb Mtn).Outside of ski season, biking, walking the trails, the outdoor concerts, farmer's market , our private patio and sitting by the pool are some of the activities enjyed.There is also a fantastic bike/ skate board park within walking distance. A golf course is right across the street from us. As is the world famous spa at the Fairmomt ChateauWhistler. The walk to the village is a great way to get there and takes approximatley 8 minutes with the choice of  a couple of different trails you can take .The free shuttle is located right out front of our building.  E-mail us or give us a call if you have any questions.We respond personally to all enquiries.
