We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly liked the accommodations you offered.  We've been renting homes in Whistler for 10+ years and agreed that this was the best yet.  Overall the place was great, but some of the more subltle things were what made it great for me.  For example, there were quality and sharpened knives in the kitchen.  (Most rental units have a set of cheap, serrated knives.)  Everything worked as it should, and we were all very comfortable.
I think our daughter  (3) loved the place the best.  Somehow it didn't get through to her that we were actually going home in spite of the drive and packing the car up in the morning.  When we got home (it was dark) and said "We're here" she said "Hooray", but when she realized that we were at our home, she burst into tears, saying she wanted to be at the "other house." 

We would rent your home again, and when we plan another trip to Whistler, will check to see if it is available.

We had a quick family getaway at this great location. We enjoyed the property (LOTS of equipment in the kitchen, enough linens and towels, close drive to the village, great common area to hang with the family) and would definitely bring my family back to this property.

The only minor suggestions I would like to see improve at the town home was that it could have been cleaner when we arrived. It was a little dusty and dirty when we arrived (there was a vacuum cleaner left inside the door when we entered the property (door that entered the property through the garage), the blankets/rooms were dusty. Also, the BBQ could use a little tune-up, one side of the grill works great, but the other side is very weak with heat.

Enjoy this large and luxury Townhome just minutes away from the village of Whistler. Included are all the amenities you would expect for luxury accommodation. Our policies are firm and will require your acceptance when you choose to book our home. Please ensure that you read them carefully and contact us if you should have any questions or concerns about them. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable. Damage deposit - please read carefully as there is a zero tolerance policy for excessive cleaning and any damage to the property on departure ( including carpet).
Excessive cleaning costs will be charged back to clients and they are charged to your damage deposit. A standard clean for this property of 5 hours is included on your nightly rate. If on departure the cleaning exceeds 5 hours this cost will be charged at an hourly rate of $35 Cdn plus gst tax back to the guest. The cleaning company inform owners and we advise guests if the cleaning was excessive and what if so what charges will apply.
We pre approve a damage deposit for the amount of $500 This is activated at the front desk on arrival/check-in by staff. This is not charged at all, this is an approval only. On departure should there be any damage to the property the client will be contacted bu us regarding damage and outcome. If you have any questions regarding this please dont hesiate to contact us prior to your departure. Pease make life easier by discussing any damage that may have occurred prior to check-out. Excessive cleaning will be charged back to the client accordingly.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All deposits are non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable. We do not accept arrivals or departures on the 25th of December as this is a public holiday
Delayed Arrivals No Refunds. We will not be responsible for late arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Guests will be emailed arrival and check-in information following receipt of your final balance of payment. Guests must print and bring this email with them to Whistler, you are responsible for bringing your check in information and Concierge Contact details
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract On booking this property guests have full responsibility to adhear to all policies.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Zero tolerance to excessive cleaning - clients will be billed after departure via credit card. (Up to $500)Charges for carpet cleaning, excessive cleaning will be billed after departure
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will not be tolerated. We have a 10pm limit on Hot tub use.
Garbage Removal Guests must remove all garbage from the property. The Garbage Room can be seen from the distance from teh deck on the garage side of the Townhome
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 8th day if staying 7 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Free high speed wireless internet access. Log in details are both in the Check In Package and provided in the property.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Locking Door Clients are resposible for locking the door when ever they are out.
Maintenance Emergencies Please contact Whistler Reception Services at all times during your stay
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people maximum overnight - excess occupants will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.
Noise Restrictions This is a high end Towhome development which is owner occupied - we expect that guests will respect neighbours. The hot tub cannot be used after 9.30 pm
Parking & Ticketing One double garage, with additional parking in front of gargage. We prvide a garage opener. Guests must return garage opener prior to departure, $150 replacement fee for all missing garage openers
Property Damage Damage deposit of up to $1000 will be charged after 5 days after departure should any damage to the property arise. We expect that any damages get reported to our Concierge. Excessive cleaning charges will be billed to a client on departure (in the same manner that a payment will be taken on line)
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is zoned for nightly rentals.
Resort Information Once your reservation with us has been confirmed (when final payment has been received) you will receive an email from Whistler Reception Services who will assist in organizing all aspects of your stay ie ground transport, lift passes & resort activities
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please store all equipment in garage.

Property Details

The Townhome comprises of three floors. Enter through the front door up to the main living & family room, dining and kitchen. 2 large decks on opposite sides of this floor . The front deck overlooks the lake & golf course has the private Hot tub. The second deck overlooks the courtyard,and has views to Blackcomb Mountain with BBQ. Upstairs to the top floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new King sized bed with brand new pillow top mattress & spacious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, the 3rd bedroom has oversized twin bunk beds. There is a second full bathroom , with combined bathtub/shower, vanity, wc, heated floors. Laundry facilities are located upstairs on this level. When entering through the double garage on the lower level you will find a mud/storage room to your left. Straight ahead is our fourth bedroom or den. This room has a queen sized Murphy bed (wall bed) with a true comfortable mattress, built in mill work surrounds the bed. There is a large couch for watching TV in this room (dvd w/ surround sound). Another full bathroom finishes this space with a shower, vanity, wc. There is a full office, with IMAC computor for guests to use & high speed internet (no dial up ! high speed cable , connection). Up one set of stairs is the main entrance with a powder room. This Townhome has a great floorplan which allows privacy and room for everyone.
