Well appointed apartment exactly as presented. Location is perfect for easy access to shops, restaurants etc but also very quiet and peaceful. Bus stop literally across the road and very regular even at the end of the season. Highly recommended and would definitely book again.View Full Review

Our favorite location to stay in Whistler is in north village. This unit had everything we needed with all the kitchen amenities. We loved the fluffy new towels, even the separate towels for the pool/hot tub. Location can't be beat with IGA right across the street and bus stop to take to you to lift just a few steps from condo. Underground parking was spacious. Owner was prompt with returning email and flexible with request. We would definitely come back. Thank you.View Full Review

Convenient unit as described. Local contact helpful in resolving minor maintenance issues quickly and in a friendly manner. Heated floors in many areas was a great plus. Quiet location. Had great cable package with DVR useful for evening TV viewing and not found in many other units. Guest Stay Policies
|Bike Storage||Bikes must be stored in the bike cages in the secure underground garage. Bikes are not permitted in our home|
|Check-Out Time||10am. The check out time is strictly enforced. An additional charge will be payable for late checkout.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs above the typical guest stay.|
|Excessive Noise||Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. No refund will be given in case of eviction|
|Housekeeping||Clean before arrival / after departure. Mid-stay linen change for stays over 7 nights. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense|
|Internet Availability & Usage||WIFI internet access is provided by a 3rd party at no cost to our guests. No refunds or compensation is possible if the service is not available. Guests agree to ensure they break no Canadian laws in the usage of the internet connection|

Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest|
|Property Damage||We do not take a damage deposit & rely on trustworthy guests. Guest agrees to pay up to $1000 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||Our home is legally zoned for either short term or long term rental accommodation use.|
|Terms of Eviction||24 hours security company. Security company will evict for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace|
