Christmas / New Years 2019-2020

Beautifully maintained property. Family of 5 from Australia staying for 2 weeks could not fault any detail. Roy gave us a quick call upon arrival then again a day or 2 later to see if everything was OK and if there was anything we couldn’t work out. We all enjoyed the clean spa and the new gas fire place each night after a days skiing. Awesome location ! far enough away from the night life, no noise but close enough 5 min walk if you wanted to be in the middle of it. The free shuttle to the gondola is 200 meters away which made it so easy for our youngest who is 10. Couldn’t recommend enough. Christmas / New Years 2019/2020

The AC was well needed for our August vacation. The in-suite washer and dryer was wonderful to have. We have never prioritized a hot tub, but we found ourselves enjoying the tub everyday. Our boys loved having the separate bedroom and bathroom space downstairs. The tall ceilings in the main living area made this unit feel roomy and less cramped. Awesome Condo Perfectly Located

An excellent value condo away from the hustle and bustle of the main village but less than a 5-minute walk to all the action. Conveniently located across the street from the bus stop that drops you quickly at the lifts in the main plaza. Across the street from all you will need during your ski vacation.

The complex has convenient underground parking, with access to the condo just steps away. Beautifully landscaped grounds with lots of trees that add to the seclusion of the property. Good spacing throughout the condo, with a bedroom up and a bedroom down. 3 balconies including a very large open one with a private hot tub and deck chairs and loungers. The kitchen is kinda small but has everything you need for your stay.

The property photos are a true representation of the unit. The property owners were a joy to work with, and very responsive to inquiries. Would absolutely stay here again winter or summer!

We had a wonderful stay in the Glacier Reach apartment. The apartment was just as described and was really well appointed for our family. The location was really great being near shops and great restaurants and it was an easy walk to the chair lifts for skiing each day. We will definitely return.

Great place to stay

The house was excellent, very warm and cosy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The spa was well used. It was so handy to the village. You would walk across the road to the supermarket and their are cars everywhere trying to find parks, we didn't have to worry about that. If you wanted to go to a bar for a drink it was easy to cross the road into the village, everything was easy walking distance. You could walk to the ski lifts (easy in snow board boots) otherwise across the road was a shuttle. We hope to be back again.

Other than the unit missing a couple of key items (paper towels, spatula in the kitchen), the condo was a great value and the perfect size/location for our group. We would definitely stay there again. While it's not ski-in/ski-out or easily walkable to the slopes, the transit bus is incredibly frequent and consistent. The condo is an easy walk from Whistler Village (once you take your ski boots off!).

WOW, Not to be missed and worth a repeat visit!

1) Way more than the basics in supplies needed for a stay
2) nice and close to the village to walk to but far enough away for privacy and noise
3) unit covered by trees so you have privacy while sitting inside
4) handy having the washer dryer and free secure parking below
5) bedrooms laid out far enough away from each other to give privacy to everyone
6) felt very secure walking around there
7) hot tub use all year round
8) plenty of games and info provided
9) nice touch with the owners phoning on our arrival to insure everything is satisfactory
10) with most rental places being overseas and USA owners it was nice to be able to support a Vancouver owner ( we live in the Vancouver area outselfs )
11) Awesome bang for your buck
12) a nice touch in the kitchen being supplied with spices and some food additive basics for a eat in meal
13) Recently upgraded balconies 3 of them
14) smoke free environment inside, and IF you have to smoke there is ashtrays outside
15) very reasonable price for our stay
16) Besides cleaning up the kitchen the cost of cleaning the unit is included in the rate - nice!
17) The owners provide their phone number for contact during booking and during the stay in case needed. a nice personal touch. You can feel the pride in their ownership of the unit
18) I could go on and on as this place deserves a repeat visit some time when we have a larger group than just the two of us.

We stayed in a place ( Resort Quest ) in August that was so small the bed was right beside the door and it cost $15.00 a day for secure parking - this place put the Resort Quest place to shame with plenty of space for a family and no extra secure parking. Our company staying from Wales, Great Britain was highly impressed at the place as well as us. It made for a memorable vacation. We will be keeping this contact and passing good word onto anyone who is looking to rent a place in Whistler. WOW! 20/10 thanks

Great whistler stay

The owner is nice and easy to work with. The condo was about a 10 min walk to lifts but there was also a free shuttle that came by just across the street.

Private hot tub was a huge bonus. Other units in the complex had the hot tubs on the ground level by the sidewalks which seemed awkward but his was on the backside upstairs which was perfect.

Across the street there is a grocery store and liquor store. Close enough to walk every where but the complex it's self, is nice and quiet. Would love to stay again

Great location! Bus to slopes is easily accessible, and right across the road from grocery store etc. Close to cross country skiing also. Private hot tub was great. Beds were very comfortable. Owner could not have been more helpful with checking in on us on arrival and before departure. Definetly would stay again if returning to whistler.

Roy's Glacier's Reach Town Home was perfect for our family of 4 (with 2 size teen age boys)! With enough space for all to spread out and still have our own little areas, bathrooms for all, great hot tub and well stocked kitchen. My wife's first comment was how well stocked the kitchen including ample cooking utensils. Most rentals have minimal ...well everything, but for once we didn't need to improvise. Perfect location, on the periphery of the north village and right on the shuttle route. In addition, the arrival package that we received laid out clear instructions including a map to the unit. Glaciers Reach can be a bit of a maze at first and we actually met a family that spent 30 minutes trying to find their unit .... Roy - your directions were spot on Thanks for the great holiday home away from home!

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Excessive Cleaning:

Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a cleaning fee up to $250. Please load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher prior to vacating the property and drop off your garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins located in the parking garage upon departure.

Excessive Noise:

Every occurrence of excessive noise and / or nuisance by guests or invitees will be charged a fine of $200.00. Any additional expenses incurred related to the incident will be billed back to the guest, including eviction when applicable.


Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof. A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Guests of these exclusionary terms and Guests are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing.
