Spectacular mountain views close to everything walk everywhere, within walking distance to base of Blackcomb, Whistler Mtn,trails,tennis courts,golfcourse, supermarket, drug/liquor/food stores,retail outlets,and video store. In-suite washer/dryer. Outdoor pool (heated), hot-tub, sauna, fitness room, free underground parking and bike storage.

Beautifully maintained property. Family of 5 from Australia staying for 2 weeks could not fault any detail. Roy gave us a quick call upon arrival then again a day or 2 later to see if everything was OK and if there was anything we couldn’t work out. We all enjoyed the clean spa and the new gas fire place each night after a days skiing. Awesome location ! far enough away from the night life, no noise but close enough 5 min walk if you wanted to be in the middle of it. The free shuttle to the gondola is 200 meters away which made it so easy for our youngest who is 10. Couldn’t recommend enough. Christmas / New Years 2019/2020

Glacier's Reach Stay

The AC was well needed for our August vacation. The in-suite washer and dryer was wonderful to have. We have never prioritized a hot tub, but we found ourselves enjoying the tub everyday. Our boys loved having the separate bedroom and bathroom space downstairs. The tall ceilings in the main living area made this unit feel roomy and less cramped. Our unit in Glacier’s Reach is the top of the line unit, only 5 out of a 126-unit complex were built. These units have vaulted ceilings, 3 patios, deluxe shower package’s, and contain the largest sq.ft at 1045. Our unit is opposite the street side making for a quite and more relaxed setting, with terrific views.

We are located in Whistler Village North,across the street from Market Place.Our front door is footsteps away from the Valley trail.Both Blackcomb & Whistler base are less than a 10 min walk or take free shuttle service with stop located across the street from complex.Parks and lakes close by. Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests 1st night not refundable. Balance fully refundable with 60 days notice,90 days for Christmas season and New Years Week .Full payment due 45 days or 90 days for Christmas season and New Years Week of reservation start date.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds . We are not responsible for delayed arrivals!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information After payment recieved. Will mail,fax,email instructions on access info.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Covid 19 requirements. As per BCCDC, guests are to remove all dirty linens, place in tied garbage bags, leave inside of front door and all garbage to be placed in tied garbage bags by front door. Fridge and counters to be left clean of any foodstuffs. ( House cleaner will add an extra charge if this is not done and this cost will be added to the guest ). This is in effect until Covid 19 is no longer a health concern, sorry for any inconvenience!

Check-In Time 4:00 PM. Earlier if suite is available.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am . Late check out;If suite is available,check out at 8:00 pm ($75.00 charge).
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise Between the hours of 11:00PM to 7:00am . Glacier's Reach has a noise by-law, 1 warning and eviction for 2nd offence
Housekeeping Cleaned before arrival. Available every 5 days for guest staying 8 or more days.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hours service. Phone numbers will be in info package.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people overnight . Strictly enforced. Parties of 7 people or more will be evicted!
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage . Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

We enjoy hosting people from around the world, what an excellent opportunity to not only show case the worlds top ski resort but also our townhouse as well. We have pride in our property and keep it in top condition. We think we have a great location in not only Whistler Village, but also in the complex itself with terrific views.
