North #10 – Spacious Standalone House with Private Hot Tub, Great Ski Access & Easy Village Access

Welcome to North #10, a warm and inviting standalone house at Big White that blends mountain charm, comfort, and space for larger families and groups. With room to sleep up to 11 guests across four bedrooms and multiple levels, this beautifully designed home is ideal for guests looking for a private alpine retreat with great ski access and quick, easy access to the Village Centre with its shops, restaurants, rentals, and resort amenities.

The entrance level offers a practical and welcoming setup for groups arriving with gear in tow. On this floor, guests will find a bunk room with a single-over-double bunk plus a separate queen bed, making it a fantastic space for kids, teens, or a small family. There is also a second Queen bedroom on this level, along with a shared full bathroom and a TV in the bunk room for added flexibility and relaxation.

One level down is the heart of the home — a beautiful open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area designed for gathering together after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and features high-end finishes, generous cabinetry, and a large island with bar seating, making it easy to prepare meals, entertain, and stay connected with the group. The adjacent dining and living spaces are anchored by a stunning stone gas fireplace, while large windows and warm wood details create a classic mountain atmosphere. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the private hot tub and BBQ, the perfect setting for après-ski evenings in the fresh alpine air. A convenient powder room is also located on this level.

On the lower bedroom level, guests will find the home’s final two bedrooms along with access to the ski entry area. One bedroom offers a Queen bed and deck access, while the primary suite is a spacious King retreat complete with its own gas fireplace, deck access, and a spa-style ensuite. The ensuite is beautifully finished and includes a separate water closet and a walk-in shower for added comfort and privacy. There is also another shared full bathroom on this level, ideal for the Queen bedroom and for guests returning from the slopes.

North #10 also offers a dedicated boot room that leads out onto the lower deck, where guests can step out to access the snow and walk or skate over to the run. This setup makes getting out to ski straightforward and convenient while still giving guests the privacy and space of a standalone home. Its location just below the village is another major advantage, allowing guests to enjoy a quieter chalet setting without giving up easy access to the heart of the resort.

Damages:

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Unapproved pets will result in a $300 fine.
Any evidence of smoking will result in an automatic fine of $300 to pay for professional cleaning of the unit.

Excessive Cleaning:

Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. Please ensure to read and follow the check-out procedures to ensure there are no additional cleaning costs.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund, please be considerate of your neighbors. We reserve the right to evict any guest who is behaving in an unruly manner. We ask that you observe the Municipal bylaws (no amplified music or speech between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am) and rules for the common areas of the property and be considerate of other guests. Hot tubs are of particular concern, be aware that voices carry and can be disturbing to your neighbours.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof. A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Guests of these exclusionary terms and Guests are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing.
