This newly built 3 bedroom condo at the new SPYGLASS development in BIG WHITE with a private hot tub. The home is situated right next to Happy Valley which is where all the fun happens for families! You're a 3 minute walk to the gondola, the ice skating rink, tubing, fire pits and the bunny hill for children. You also will have the best view of the fireworks that happen throughout the winter season! Spend less time walking around and enjoy everything that Big White has to offer!

Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious, all-one-level condo features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for families or groups. Enjoy the convenience of direct access from the shared garage parking spot, just across the hall.

Sleeping Arrangements:

  • Master Bedroom: Relax in a king bed, complete with a closet and a private bathroom featuring a stand-up steam shower for ultimate relaxation.
  • Second Bedroom: Another king bed with its own closet for added comfort.
  • Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or extra guests, this room includes a queen bed plus a double over single bunk bed.

The main bathroom is conveniently equipped with a tub and shower.

Amenities:
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, stocked with all the utensils, bowls, plates, cups, mugs, pots, pans, a kettle, coffee pot, microwave, and more!

Unwind in the inviting living room, which offers ample seating, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV for your entertainment.

Gather around the large dining table that seats 8, with an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen island for casual dining.

For your convenience, there’s also a ski locker to store your equipment, making it easy for winter sports enthusiasts to hit the slopes. The ski locker is located right next to your front door!

There is also a brand new hot tub on the balcony. The balcony overlooks Happy Valley and is perfect for watching the fireworks in Happy Valley!

SKI IN/OUT ACCESS:
The ski-in access to the Spyglass building is via a cat track that leads from the Lara Gondola to the back of the lodge in Happy Valley. From the lodge, there is ski-out access that connects to this cat track, and from there, skiers can take the Lara Gondola to the Village Centre. To ski out, you can ski right from the building onto the cat track.

Unfortunately this place is not dog friendly and will only sleep 8 adults comfortably and 9 people including kids. This is also a non-smoking place inside the unit or on the balcony. Thanks!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire townhouse. Private entrance and a shared garage with parking for one vehicle. Large trucks will not fit in the garage. Guests are able to enter the garage and the house via smart lock. You will also have access to a ski locker (which is next to the front door) and a private hot tub.

Additional Parking
Overnight parking is available by permit only at the Happy Valley Long-Term Parking Lot. Permits are required, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

  • Overnight Parking: $25 per night, per vehicle (no trailers allowed).
  • Weekly Parking: $125 per week, per vehicle (no trailers or RVs/campers allowed).
  • RV/Camper Parking: $50 per night, per RV/camper (maximum of 7 nights per season).

This property is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco, cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone!

Damages:

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Unapproved pets will result in a $300 fine.
Any evidence of smoking will result in an automatic fine of $300 to pay for professional cleaning of the unit.

Excessive Cleaning:

Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. Please ensure to read and follow the check-out procedures to ensure there are no additional cleaning costs.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund, please be considerate of your neighbors. We reserve the right to evict any guest who is behaving in an unruly manner. We ask that you observe the Municipal bylaws (no amplified music or speech between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am) and rules for the common areas of the property and be considerate of other guests. Hot tubs are of particular concern, be aware that voices carry and can be disturbing to your neighbours.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof. A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Guests of these exclusionary terms and Guests are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing.
