We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Toboggan Run in Big White. The place was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 4 teens plenty of space for everyone while still feeling cozy and welcoming.

The location on the ski hill was amazing, making it incredibly easy to get out and enjoy the slopes. After a long day of skiing, the hot tub was the perfect way to relax.

The home was very well stocked and thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the water filter in the fridge such a nice touch.

All of the beds were very comfortable, and the bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. The bunk beds were sturdy, roomy, and made the space really fun for them.

Overall, it was a comfortable, cozy, and well-appointed place to stay, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Toboggan Run 585 for 5 nights and it was just fantastic. Everything was exactly as shown in the listing... maybe even better, to be honest. I often figure photos are 'touched up', but I can say that everything in the home is beautiful. The design elements and the quality are perfect. I am quite particular when choosing a rental and I was SO happy with this home.

Everything was consciously designed. High quality open concept living space with amazing views. Building 'up hill' can be a challenge and this house is done perfect. Each bedroom with it's own heat and fan control. Smartly chosen lamps with charging ports. Kitchen was stocked with tonnes of glassware, utensils, and lots of cooking pans and tools. Coffee options with espresso machine and drip coffee. Everything was clearly catered for guests to just simply arrive and feel at home instead of searching for items or figuring out how to turn a fan on or find receptacles. We just felt completely at home.

Have to say the bunk room is just amazing!! It could be for kids or adults. Every bunk has it's own space with a light, receptacles and a little bit of shelving. It was beautiful and so functional. Loved it!

The Concierge services from Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals along with the guidebook were fantastic. The concierge was available any time prior to and during our stay. The guidebook gives you so much information along with troubleshooting tips. We had no issues with anything onsite while we were there, but any time I emailed or messaged during the lead up to the rental, as well as the one question I had while we were there, the response came very quickly. Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals service was top notch! Also, I have to say the way we felt so welcomed in the home with all the beds done up so nicely with towels and additional bathroom amenities laid out, along with a little welcome gift... it just was so very nice after a long day of travel. All rooms had extra blankets if you needed and fantastic closets and storage spaces so you could move right in without tripping over suitcases.

We had 7 people in the house, but you could easily have filled it to capacity and you would not feel on top of each other or squished. They have everything set up so that it could be full and everyone would be comfortable and happy.

I almost forgot to say the location!! It was PERFECT!! The ski in and out is right out the back door exit from the ski room (which also was so well designed). Skis could also stay cool outside and locked up. We were on the hills easily every day. We could even easily pop home for lunch which is such a nice option. Make a quick lunch and warm up by the fireplace... so good. Even though it's on the Black Forest side of the hill, you can get home from anywhere on the hill sometimes in just one run down, max two... super accessible. I am sure I missed something I wanted to say, but I will finish by saying that it's an amazing rental in a fantastic location. Don't hesitate. It's worth it. We had a fabulous time!

This place was truly fantastic. Very nice inside and the layout was perfect. We had a group of nine men, but the three bedrooms upstairs with that one bunk bedroom downstairs worked out perfect because the older man in the group stayed in the three bedrooms upstairs and all the younger men stayed together downstairs in the bunk room. But this place would work out perfect for multiple families with kids because the parents could stay in the bedrooms upstairs and the kids could all bunk downstairs.

The kitchen is stocked really well. It pretty much has anything that you would need to cook just about any meal. And even if it was missing something, you could still cook just about anything using your imagination with whats there.The ski and ski out was very convenient as well. It just took a little bit to figure out which directions to take to get back to the house from the ski hillbut once we had that figured out, it was all good. And it was very nice to be able to soak in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The tub was also very clean and well maintained.

And the view in the morning, looking out over the clouds on the mountains is hard to put into words. It was so awesome. The only thing we wouldve done different was this we flew in and arranged for private transportation to the house, but if we wouldve had our time back, we would have instead rented something to accommodate all nine of us because from this house to any of the restaurants is quite a walk, especially in the winter time with the temperatures and slippery walking conditions. There is a shuttle, but we did not find it very convenient at all. Besides, regardless, you still have to walk from the house all the way down to the bottom of the hill where the road starts to get to the first shuttle pick up point. So if you have to walk that far, then you might as well walk the rest of the way. Just something to think about. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Toboggan run had everything our family needed for a wonderful week at big White. The place was spotlessly clean upon arrival and we were thrilled with how well equipped the big kitchen was for cooking family meals. The rooms were comfortable and the home is truly lovely and inviting. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the beautiful view as well as the spacious boot and gear room which had enough room for all the family old and young to gear up/down for skiing with ease. And the hot tub was great also. The bunk room is really cozy and well laid out And the master bedroom truly luxurious. Ski in and ski out was easy. The only thing I would add is that if you have young tots just learning to ski, it is a little bit difficult of a location for that due to the inability to access the magic carpet and Plaza chairs easily without using your vehicle. Still, this did not prevent us from having an amazing time and if you have all family who are already good skiers, the ski and ski out location is truly unparalleled. We could not have asked for a better stay and definitely hope to return!

By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Unapproved pets will result in a $300 fine. Any evidence of smoking will result in an automatic fine of $300 to pay for professional cleaning of the unit. Linen & Towel Damage Policy: Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals provides all properties with professionally cleaned, high-quality linens and towels for guest use. We understand that normal wear and light soiling can occur during a stay. However, guests will be charged for linens and towels that are damaged or stained beyond reasonable use, including but not limited to: -Permanent stains (e.g. makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, wine, blood, grease, or other substances that cannot be removed through standard laundering) -Burn marks, rips, tears, or excessive wear -Use of towels or linens for cleaning, makeup removal, shoe drying, pet use, or other non-intended purposes Charges will reflect the replacement cost of the affected item(s), plus any applicable administrative or handling fees. These charges may be applied to the guest’s security deposit or the payment method on file.

Excessive Cleaning:

Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund, please be considerate of your neighbors. We reserve the right to evict any guest who is behaving in an unruly manner. We ask that you observe the Municipal bylaws (no amplified music or speech between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am) and rules for the common areas of the property and be considerate of other guests. Hot tubs are of particular concern, be aware that voices carry and can be disturbing to your neighbours.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
