You will arrive and find one parking spot in the driveway in front of the garage and one spot in the garage for cars or midsize SUV’s under 6’8”. There is additional guest parking in marked spots around the complex available on a first come first serve basis. The heated garage is the place to unpack and store all your sports gear with plenty of space for getting ready to ski or ride on any of the 3 mountains and store your gear at the end of the day.

Up the stairs you will find a thoughtfully designed, open concept main level perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The well stocked kitchen has custom wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, a gas stove, stainless steel appliances including a filtered ice/water dispenser on the fridge and a large island that seats 4. There is an amazing selection of small appliances including a drip coffee and Nespresso, griddle, food processor, blender, electric fondue pot and slow cooker for all your gourmet meal prep needs. Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and some basic spices are provided in addition to pantry staples. The counter height dining table seats 6 with extensions that can accommodate up to 10 using the stools from the island. Also on this level, a convenient powder room and patio with private hot tub that accommodates 6 adults. Relax and enjoy the amazing view of the stars on a clear night. The cozy living room with TV and gas fireplace provides ample room to unwind after a day on the slopes and watch a movie, do a puzzle or play one of the board games available. The couch folds out into a queen sofa bed should you need more room.

On the upper level, there are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds to sleep 7. We use the softest 100% cotton linens and have an assortment of duvets and pillows. The master bedroom provides a superb view of the valley with a luxurious queen bed, Apple TV, walk through closet and ensuite with a double vanity and an enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet and the third bedroom is set up with a spacious queen-full bunk bed. You will also find the main bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a full-sized washer and dryer on this level.
