This 3 bedroom townhome (NORTH PERFECTION BUILDING) is located in the village and has a large garage that can hold up to 3 small vehicles. It’s a 2 minute walk to the village and located right on the ski run “perfection.” It sleeps 11 people and has a private balcony with a bbq and a hot tub over that overlooks the mountains. Close walk to the gondola where you can enjoy all of the family activities. This is our vacation home and we’d love to share it with you!

My townhome (NORTH PERFECTION BUILDING) is a 3 bedroom with plenty of space for a few families and your children. The garage can hold up to 3 small cars or 2 bigger cars/trucks with lots of extra room for all of your ski equipment. My place is situated in the village and is a true ski in/ski out! You won’t find a better location! 

My property includes the following: 

Kitchen: 

  • coffee drip machine 
  • electric kettle 
  • microwave, oven and fridge 
  • large dining room table with 8 chairs
  • The kitchen is fully stocked with large bowls, silverware, pots and pans, towels and dish rags, cooking knives, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses and glasses
  • Cooking oil, salt and pepper, tea, coffee and coffee filters will be included 


Amenities:

  • Private Hot Tub
  • BBQ
  • Lots of games for adults and kids 


Entertainment:

  • 3 smart TV's
  • Gas fireplace

Unfortunately this place is not dog friendly. This is also a non-smoking place in the unit and on the balcony. You will need to smoke off-site. Thanks!

Guests have private access to the entire townhouse. Private entrance and a private garage which will fit two large sized vehicles (including trucks) or 3 small cars. Guests are able to enter via keypad.

Other things to note:

  • Free Wi-Fi available throughout the condo.
  • Private hot tub. 
  • Ski-in/ski-out access for maximum convenience.
  • Washer and dryer available for guest use.
  • Non-smoking property.


You will garage parking for 2 vehicles (all additional vehicles will need to park at Happy Valley parking lot - fees apply) 

Ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat. No parties or large events permitted.

All garbage and recycling must be taken off the property and dumped at the Big White Transfer Station located 5 minutes away.
