The Timbers is outstanding! Located just steps from the gondola and Happy Valley recreation area, this fourth-floor penthouse offers a luxurious mountain retreat with every comfort you could ask for. With true ski-in/ski-out access, Timbers 404 is perfect for couples, families, or friends looking for a memorable Big White vacation.

Our Home

Perched on the top floor, Timbers 404 sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 separate bedrooms. The master suite features an ensuite with steam shower and in-floor heating, while a second full bath ensures plenty of space for everyone. After a day on the slopes, step onto your private deck to soak in the hot tub or fire up the gas BBQ. Inside, unwind in the spacious living room with its cozy gas fireplace, 55" HDTV, Chromecast, and Bluetooth sound bar. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully appointed for everything from après-ski snacks to full family dinners. Additional highlights include a 42" HDTV in the master bedroom, a third TV with game system in the bunk room, in-suite laundry with detergents, hardwood and heated floors, and free high-speed wireless internet.

Building Amenities

Guests enjoy access to heated underground parking, a fully equipped fitness room, and a games room stocked with table tennis, pool, shuffleboard, foosball, darts, and more. Ski storage is made easy with a large boot room, benches, and secure lockers. An elevator takes you from the garage or ski entry levels right to your suite door.

Timbers 404 was a great little unit. It was kitted out with everything needed for a almost 3 week stay ie kitchen utensils, laundry products and bathroom necessities. Lovely view from lounge room looking down to Happy Valley Lodge. Excellent ski in and out, easy 5min walk to gondola for access to Village when not skiing.

Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube park, cross country ski trails, snowshoe trails, snowmobile rentals, restaurants, bar and cafeteria. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the Village center ski lifts, restaurants, shops and Kids Centre. Ski in at day's end over the Skiers Bridge or down Happy Valley Way right to the Timbers door!
