ACCESSIBILITY
PLEASE NOTE: Our townhouse is not wheelchair accessible and people with mobility issues may have challenges with all the stairs.
Our townhouse is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building and is accessible only via an open staircase (no elevator). There is also a set of stairs within the unit as it is spread across two floors.
If ground-floor or step-free access is required, we would be happy to recommend other units in the same complex that may be more suitable to your accessibility needs.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a relaxing stay for everyone in the complex, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. No parties or events.
- Occupancy: Only registered guests; primary renter must be 25+ and stay the entire booking.
- No Parties: This is a family-friendly complex. Parties or events are not allowed.
- Smoking & Fire: No smoking inside or on patios. No open flames.
- Pool & Hot Tub: 10 AM – 10 PM; children must be supervised.
- Care of Property: Excessive cleaning, damage, or misuse may incur additional fees.
- Check-Out: Return keys and parking pass; wash dishes and remove garbage/recycling.
- Security: Ring doorbell for communication only; owners may enter with 24-hour notice or in emergencies.

SECURITY & PRIVACY
For guest safety and smooth communication, we have a Ring video doorbell at the front entrance. This allows us and our cleaners to assist with check-in or door-related issues if needed.
