This condo is unique to Big White with it's incredible ski in/out access, amazing views and a stone's throw away from the Village. The Great Room is an entire floor of entertainment and dining options to comfortably suit your group with plenty of space and numerous options. The large open gourmet kitchen is perfect for the Chef in your group with top shelf appliances and very well equipped. The King suite is one of a kind. An entire floor dedicated to this massive suite. The suite boasts amazing views, gas fireplace, wine fridge and glass washer, huge wardrobe, soaker tub, double steam/rain shower and much more. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms. All new beds, mattresses and linens throughout the unit. The top mezzanine is a great office space to privately work or simply relax and catch up on some reading. The unit also has 3 private decks, with a private 6 person hot tub, BBQ, ski storage, 12 pair boot & glove dryer and access to the run. Plenty of parking in the massive private garage!

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Excessive Cleaning:

Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
