The Chalet is located in a premium location just steps from the ski run out your back door. Literally click/strap in and you are off to one of three chairlifts to start your ski day! WATCH THE REALTIME SKI IN/OUT VIDEO! With the large open concept on the main floor there's plenty of space for entertaining your group. The Chef in your party will be thrilled with the well equipped kitchen to prepare amazing meals in an open concept kitchen design which avails the opportunity for other guests to assist and keep the chef company. Just off the Great Room lies the large covered deck with a BBQ and 6 person private hot tub to soak in the views after a hard day on the slopes. The upper floor mezzanine is open to the great room below which has a nook seating area, a games table and an open space with great views of the mountain. The master king room is located off to the opposite side of the home with large open room, TV, gas fireplace and large ensuite bath. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the lower floor with 1 King & 2 Queen Rooms. The upper Bunk Room has a wall mounted TV with cable & games system for the kids. In the bunk room there are 6 single beds with plenty of space and a full bathroom just outside the room.

THIS HOME IS UNDERGOING MAJOR RENOVATIONS SUMMER 2024! Complete by mid October - see the progress photos! All new Kitchen with Jen Air Appliances, living room, dining room new furnishings throughout, new flooring throughout, new beds (bed types the same) , additional full bathroom on the lower floor, all bathrooms renovated, garage remains a 2 car garage but has a full boot room added including ski/board storage, boot and glove dryer and many more additions!!!

OUR HOME COMES EQUIPPED with the following amenities for our guests: fresh linens and bedding, fresh towels for every guest, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, hair dryers, toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid, an assortment of common spices, salt and pepper. WE DO NOT SUPPLY perishables, coffee, tea, sugar, butter or cooking oil. We had a great stay, the home was very spacious and clean, and in a great location! We originally were booked at a different property and the management company let us know there was an issue and very efficiently moved us to this new accommodation. We loved the personal touch of the welcome letter , wine and chocolates. We loved our stay at Big White!

Wonderful property! Location cannot be beat, truly ski in ski out. Extremely spacious and fully stocked. I mean fully! Did not disappoint and I would definitely book again!

Located in the White Forest Estates, this Chalet is close to everything. It's just a short walk into the Village to access many of the great restaurants, pubs, market and shops. The Chalet backs on to Happy Valley Way Ski Track which is the main walking path between Happy Valley & the Village center. One of the best locations on the mountain!

Excessive Cleaning:

Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
