Comfortably sleeps up to 16 with 6 bedrooms all of which have their own ensuite bathrooms. There is also a separate self-contained Nanny suite. The Chalet features a large great room combining the living and dining rooms and kitchen together. Surrounded by windows and a wrap around heated outdoor deck with covered outdoor seating and gas heaters.

Huge Gourmet kitchen with professional series appliances and top shelf equipment any Chef would be thrilled to work with. 

The lower floor boasts a dedicated theatre room with 10 reclining chairs and a large movie screen with surround sound for an amazing viewing experience. If you are not watching movies you can play a game of pool or table tennis, enjoy a drink at the large full bar or relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. After a long day of skiing you may prefer to relax in the sauna or have a soak in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the ski run. On a cool night you might prefer to bundle up around the outdoor gas fire pit surrounded by glass to keep the wind out and keep you warm. 

All the electronics throughout the home are state of the art with a smart home built in entertainment system controlled by various iPad terminals in the home. The Chalet backs right onto the ski run for easy access to the lifts. Gear up in a large heated boot room which has plenty of space for all of your gear and rows of boot/glove dryers to keep your equipment warm and dry for the next ski adventure.  Plenty of parking available with two heated spots in the garage and additional parking in the driveway for more if needed. The owners have spared no expense creating this immaculate property to ensure their guests have an unforgettable experience!

It was the most magical way to spend our Christmas holiday. It was truly the best Christmas weve had. The house is stunning and so many amenities- even the coldest days when skiing was limited there was always something to occupy us! We will be back! Much appreciated! The Dreschers

Right out the back door of the home you are on a ski run with access to two lifts. With it's relatively close proximity to ski access and the Village this private Chalets is one of a kind.

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Excessive Cleaning:

Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
