This unit has an open concept design with the kitchen, living and dining rooms all occupy the 2nd floor with plenty of seating for your group to relax and enjoy the many amenities this unit has to offer. In the central living room, there is a sofa and a few comfy chairs positioned in front of the 30" TV. Enjoy the entertainment center and cozy gas fireplace while playing games or socializing.

Beside the living room we have a large dining table with comfortable seating for 6. The kitchen bar also has additional seating for another 3 in large comfortable swivel chairs. A new addition this season is a Nintendo Switch game system for the lower floor bunkroom! One unique feature to this property is the conversion of the garage into a huge boot room. Rubber matting covering the concrete floor to keep your feet warm, a boot/glove dryer, plenty of hooks for your gear and a few benches to sit on. The garage is heated to keep you warm when you come in/out from skiing. 

The kitchen is well equipped for the Chef in your group! Many unique extras such as a slow cooker and much more. Don't forget about the BBQ on the covered deck for those nights you wish to grill something. The three bedrooms offer plenty of space in these large rooms. Both of the Queen rooms have their own ensuite, TV and large closets. The bunk room has its own ensuite bathroom and a TV, with the Nintendo Switch game system.  

Last but not least you have your own private hot tub on your own deck!

This was a very nice 3 level townhouse. We were two couples who occupied the two master suites on the upper floor. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to use. The amenities (toothpastes, soaps, shampoos and hand cream) in all of the bathrooms were a very nice touch and much appreciated. The hot tub and BBQ were great. Our favorite touch was the garage which was heated and converted to a boot room, complete with a boot dryer which was well used and much appreciated. The ski-in and ski out was very convenient. Our only tip would be to remind people to go up the driveway toward the large Aspens condo building to access the ski hill and not through the parking area right beside the condo which we didn't realize was a different development (we received a love note taped to our door asking us not to trespass). Walking up and down the road to the village for dinner took about 10-15 min. but was quite doable, even on a full stomach. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights Feb 21-25 2022. Great location for ski in and out. Loved the garage room to get the gear on and off. Nice views from the main level and master suite. Nicely decorated and maintained. Would stay here again.
