This unit has an open concept design. The kitchen, living and dining rooms all occupy the 2nd floor with plenty of seating for your group to relax and enjoy the many amenities this unit has to offer. In the central living room, there is a sofa and a few comfy chairs positioned in front of the 30" TV. Enjoy the entertainment center and cozy gas fireplace while playing games or socializing. Beside the living room we have a large dining table with comfortable seating for 6. The kitchen bar also has additional seating for another 3 in large comfortable swivel chairs. A new addition this season is a Nintendo Switch game system for the lower floor bunkroom!
One unique feature to this property is the conversion of the garage into a huge boot room. Rubber matting covering the concrete floor to keep your feet warm, a boot/glove dryer, plenty of hooks for your gear and a few benches to sin on. The garage is heated to keep you warm when you come in/out from skiing.
The kitchen is well equipped for the Chef in your group! Many unique extras such as a slow cooker and much more. Don't forget about the BBQ on the covered deck for those nights you wish to grill something. The three bedrooms offer plenty of space in these large rooms. Both of the Queen rooms have their own ensuite, TV and large closets, The bunk room is quite big, has its own ensuite bathroom and a TV. Last but not least you have your own private hot tub on your own deck!

This rental was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. We have rented many units at both Big White and around the world and this one was hands down the most well equipped unit we have ever rented. The kitchen was stocked with high end items and everything you could ever want and more was there. We were also impressed with how clean the unit was, how comfortable the beds were and how well the unit was laid out. Great access the the runs and a quick walk to the village, took us less about 7 minutes and while it is a bit of a walk uphill back from the village it took us less than 15 minutes. It was very quiet and we couldn't hear anything from the adjoining unit which was nice and everything about our stay was easy and convenient. Purchasing a day ticket at Big White Ski Resort just got a whole lot easier, more affordable, and more safe. The NEW Big White Day Ticket will be available for online purchase only starting October 20.
To Purchase an online day ticket:
- Head to bigwhite.com
- Select the date you plan to ski or board.
- Each person must setup an individual profile so that every ticket is assigned to a guest.
- Enter your payment details and automatically receive 25% off retail price.
- Upon purchase, you'll receive a barcode on your mobile device (or print out, if you prefer!).
- When it is time to head to the mountain, proceed directly to one of our new Big White Ticket Pick-Up Boxes located around the resort.
- Scan your digital barcode at the pick-up boxes to receive your physical ticket.
- Head direct to lift and enjoy your day on the mountain.
- Please ski and ride with care and abide by the alpine responsibility code.
Once you have purchased on online day ticket, you can reload the physical card one day at a time, using the WTP number found on the front of the card. Due to possible limited capacity, there may be limited number of tickets available every day so we recommend that you purchase well in advance to avoid disappointment. Tickets MUST be purchased online as ticket windows will not be open. Customer service will be available over the phone to assist you.
All tickets are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferrable and MUST be used on the date selected. Be sure you have only one ticket on you at all times as multiple tickets will prevent you going through the gate seamlessly. Please take a photo of the front of your ticket, as it makes it easier to replace if lost.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money for the proportion of days re-booked. Refunds processed will be subject to a 5% processing fee which will be deducted from the balance repaid. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights, or vacation-related products.Covid 19 Policies:
We wish to ensure our guests feel confident that they can book with peace of mind knowing we are making efforts to be as flexible as possible in these uncertain times. If your country, government, or airline has an official “nonessential travel restriction” in place for the dates of your travel a refund less a 5% processing fee is offered. This policy applies up to 90 days before the booked arrival date.
Between 90 days and your arrival date guests will receive a 100% booking credit for the amount paid towards a booking for the same property for future travel up to 12/18 months from the cancelation date. Or you can receive a refund of 95% of the value of the booking less applicable fees. This policy applies ONLY if the following restrictions are in place for your booked dates of accommodation " travel is prohibited due to Covid-19 by governments and or health authorities and or if social gathering limits are imposed that apply to Vacation Accommodation limits that would prohibit your group from gathering"

|Website Service Fee||Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.|

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||You will get evicted without a refund.|
|Housekeeping||For the duration of the 2021/2022 season we will not be providing any additional housekeeping services to guests during their stay in the unit. Special requests for additional supplies will be considered on a case by case basis to ensure safety protocols can be observed for both guests and our staff. |Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in big white ski resort.|

We are a family of 4 originally from Copenhagen, Denmark but have the last 24 years been working and enjoying life in Asia hereof the last 15 years in Hong Kong. We love to travel and explore new parts of the world and when we went to Big White some years ago we simply had the best family vacation ever! Our kids now 19 and 20 years old are now pro ski & snowboarder, thanks to many great seasons with the ski & snowboard school in Big White. We all enjoy the night skiing, the afterskiing activities, the mountain tube ride, iceskating and the snowscooters...you name it, we love it!. The options of cross country skiing and snowshoeing, the snowmobile tours, the sleigh rides and all the different restaurants and bars gives you so many opportunities of enjoing life that it is hard to choose....... It is no wonder why Big White has been voted the Top North American family Resort for serval years in a row! We have been skiing all over Europe for many years but we simply agree that there must be something "in the air" that makes this place so unique. Therefore we are very pleased to be able to share our luxury, cozy and "right on the run" Snow Home with you and we look forward to welcoming you.
