Amenities

Our home is located in the Lower Village, adjacent to the Big White Village Centre. Situated on the Hummimgbird Run; there is Ski in/Ski out access directly to three main lifts. New King Bed and Mattress in the Master with Ensuite. 2nd bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and third bedroom sleeps 3 comfortably in a single/over double bunk bed. Main bathroom has a full size bathtub/shower/vanity.Well appointed modern Kitchen to cook up some nice mountain meals. We like to cook for our Family and Friends so Kitchen has lots of extra’s. Our condo is equipped with 2 flat screen TV’s and comlimentary Wifi.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Booking & Arrival Deadline Must book and pay full balance at least 72 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of booking. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money at the re-booked rate minus a 10% cancellation fee
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Guest is responsible for all actions as a result of excessive noise.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability Host is not liable for any and all actions taken by the guest.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.

Property Damage Guest is responsible for all property damage.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.

Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private. More than one complaint from in house building manager will result in eviction.You will not receive a refund!

Property Details

The Eagles is located in the Lower Village Area of Big White Resort. Park in our heated underground parking spot and simply unload your belongings into the Complex's handy wheel barrels.  Take the elevator to the 4th floor and our ski condo is just down the hall. No stairs needed.Ski Lockers located one floor down and a very easy access to the slope or a walk to Big White Village Shops and Restaurants.

About Us

We are long time avid skiiers at Big White Resort.  We have spent many happy days skiing and enjoying family vacations at "The Eagles"   Its superior location with easy ski-in and ski-out and close proximity to the Village was the reason for our acquiring our condo at Big White. Our 2 Grandchildren have learned to Ski and Board on the Hummingbird Run.( Beginner Night Skiing) We really like our location to The Big White Village Shops and Restaurants. (Just a 2 minute walk) We think you will too!
