Echo Landing is one of the newest developments in Sun Peaks, BC and you will be one of the first guests in our brand new, 2 Bed, 2 Bath vacation property.

The unit is well appointed, kitted out with everything brand new and comfortably sleeps 5 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, and a single over full bunk bed in the second bedroom.  Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the main living area separates the two sleeping areas.  High speed Internet, a cozy space, complimentary Netflix, fireplace and hot tub will await you after a day on the slopes.

This complex is approx. a 15 minute walk to the main village, and is ski-in/ski-out by way of both the Morrisey Express and new Orient Express chairlifts. Sun Peaks is the second largest ski resort in BC and offers activities all year round. It offers all the landscape and amenities of Whistler without the busy lines and crowds.

The condo unit itself finished contruction in July 2019 and has upgraded finishes and appliances. We have finished furnishing the inside but the exterior landscaping and masonry are still in progress as are other phases of construction. Due to this, our ground floor patio unit isn't yet ready for hot tub installation. The hot tub has been purchased and is awaiting the completion of landscaping for installation.  The current target date is November 2019.  You can check with us before your arrival and we will confirm status.

 The suite has completely brand new furnishings.  There are two smart TV's with multiple streaming apps available and a complimentary Netflix account is provided for your use.

Amenities

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, hari dryer, iron and ironing board.  The kitchen is fully stocked.  Starter coffee and tea supplies as well as some complementary snack bars are available.  A full array of spices is also available for your use.

There are 2 TV's currently, one in the bunk room and one in the main living room - both come with Smart TV functionality, have multiple streaming apps loaded with more to choose from and a complimentary Netflix account is available for you to use.  The living room TV also has the Apple TV app so you can access movies and more using your apple id.  Both Smart TV's also have a selection of streaming and news apps to select from.  Please note that we don't have regular cable but news, weather, tv, and movie options are all available via the Smart TV streaming apps.

A selection of books and board games are available for you to use during your stay.

The hot tub has been purchased and will be installed in early November pending completion of the landscaping around our ground floor unit.

We are sorry to advise that a BBQ will not be available for the 2019/2020 season.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise and any resulting complaints received from neighbours may constitute grounds for eviction.
Housekeeping Housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure. To avoid any cleaning surcharges, please adhere to the check out instructions. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay.
Liability The owners assume no liability from injuries or accidents occurring during your stay in the resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Please follow the emergency instructions outlined in your check in email.

The condo is accessed via a stair case down to the ground floor unit.  Bedrooms are at separate sides of the unit with main living area in between.  It's a spacious brand new unit that is perfect for your ski getaway!

About Us

Thanks for considering our condo for your next Sun Peaks getaway!  We are a family based in Vancouver and we are hoping that this brand new condo will become the scene for many memories in the years to come.  We took posession of the brand new unit at the end July of 2019.  Furnishing it in August became a great summer project and we're so happy that it's ready in time for this year's ski season.  You will be one of our first guests and we're hoping that you enjoy it !  Thanks so much for choosing to stay with us!
