Hot Tub The key-secured roof top hot tub is just down the hall from your loft entrance door. The hot tub can also be accessed via the stairs at the end of the hall. Acrylic goblets and spa towels are provided in the unit for your use.
Secure Reserved Parking Secure on site parking is provided, with assigned parking for the unit.
Secure Ski and Bike Storage There is locked storage for winter skis / snowboards and summer bikes on the garage main level. The free local Whistler shuttle is right outside the garage entrance.

Location

The condo is located on the Benchlands of Blackcomb Mountain slightly up the hill from Blackcomb base. There are two convenient free Whistler shuttle bus stops within a one-minute walk from the main door. Ski-in / ski-out option in the winter. When you arrive, park your car in a covered, secure garage (with assigned parking), and everything is within an easy walk or short bus ride!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Arrivals are accepted for any day of the week. Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds; as the unit is reserved and unavailable to other guests.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information By email (or by Fax or post if requested)
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Late Reservation Payments Will result in cancellation without a refund. Guests can re-book dates which are still available; the deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Bikes are NOT permitted in the elevators or in the unit or on the balcony. Secure key-accessed bike lockers are provided for your convenience on the first level of the garage. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to any of your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Powder horn has a strict excessive noise policy, which is firmly enforced (including fines if security is called for noise violations occurring during "quiet hours"). Any fines will be charged back to the occupants. Noise violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area. Organics must be separated out, and there is a bin for this specific purpose. Note that separation of organics and recyclable items is a strata requirement and that the garbage disposal area is monitored by cameras. Details for garbage disposal are provided in the booklet in the unit.
Hot Tub Please follow the posted rules and hours, and treat the Hot Tub usage with respect. Spa towels and acrylic goblets are provided for hot tub use. For your safety and the safety of all users, glass is prohibited in the hot tub area.
Housekeeping Housecleaning is done after each stay, with $180 CAD charged at the time of booking. If extra cleaning is needed (for example: due to smoking, the BBQ not properly cleaned, or any other issue requiring additional staff cleaning time), this will be charged back to the occupants at the cleaners usual rate plus a $50 fee.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm or property damage/loss to guests or guests of guests while on our property, the strata property (including common areas such as the hot tub), or at any location in the Whistler or Backcomb areas.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies For maintenance emergencies, call Lucille at the contact numbers provided to you.

Property Damage Guests authorize a credit card charge on their card upon departure in the event of any property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Skis and snowboards are NOT permitted in the elevators or in the unit or on the balcony. Secure key-accessed ski lockers are provided for your convenience on the first level of the garage. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to any of your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Eviction with no refund will occur for: smoking in the property including balcony or any strata common areas, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace; excess of 8 overnight occupants (as per strata bylaws).

Guarantees Policies

If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund for days not stayed. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

Property Details

The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo has an open layout; the vaulted ceilings (including on the loft) lend to its luxuriously spacious feel. The main floor has a well-equipped kitchen with a built-in bar area and barstools, an open dining area, and a living room with a gas fireplace, a door to the balcony and a “wall” of windows giving natural light and bringing the “outside in”! For summer/fall use, there is a BBQ and a patio set on the balcony.

Also on the main floor, are 2 bedrooms (queen bed in each) and a laundry room with full-sized appliances. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath, and there is another full bath with tub and shower on the main floor. The Master bedroom has direct access to the balcony.

Up the spiral staircase is the loft (3rd) bedroom with an ensuite half bath and a door leading to the outside key-secured roof top hot tub.
